“Selda has been a great help taking my dog June out during the day while I’m at work. She is always on time and give’s detailed notes on the walks. I can tell that my dog is very comfortable and happy walking with Selda.”

“Leelay is great. She was kind, genuinely cared for our dog. She was great at paying attention to details. She was also committed and responsible, even during the days with the harsh snow and freezing rain.”

“Best pet sitter! We finished another set of walks for July and our usually timid, shy boy is so much friendlier and confident since meeting Shana! Can’t rave enough - lots of photos, thorough notes, and the utmost care on every walk. Shana is our go-to pet sitter and we highly recommend!!”

About: My family has had 3 dogs over the past 25 years. Having had to put down the last one earlier this year, I find myself really missing being around dogs and having a reason to get out and exercise whatever the weather. However, I am at a stage of my life when getting another is not really practical. I have no special skills, but consider myself to have been a great owner to our 3 very happy dogs. I recently retired from work and so would generally be available almost any day or time of the week when I am not away on occasional vacations or otherwise occupied. I have a large fully fenced back yard so, if providing boarding, would be able to offer a very safe space in which a dog could play and exercise in.
“Very professional and we’re able to handle my German shepherd easily. Great communication as well, I would highly recommend for walking your dogs”

“Laura walked our 1 yo golden retriever Cheddar while we were out of town and she was staying with a family member who wasn’t able to watch her. Everything went very smoothly and Cheddar seemed very happy with her!”

About: I’ve taken care of my neighbors dogs for few years when they’re out of town. Feed them and keep companies with them has always been a super pleasant experience for me. I have a full time job and have to check in to the office three days a week but the time is flexible. Can come home earlier if it’s needed. I have an empty room and fenced yard. There’s no other animals in the house so your pet won’t be disturbed or stressed when they come to a new environment.
“Tiffanie did great with my dog Honey. She was able to book last minute, sent me lots of updates, and left my place spotless! I know Honey had a great time with her. I’ll definitely be booking again😁”

“Colin was an amazing help for us, allowing me to return to work at the office with a puppy safe at home. Not only does our dog Huxley love him, Colin is also a great communicator. He's always quick to respond and never hesitates to let us know if there's anything off during his visits. I highly recommend his services!”

About: I’ve taken care of dogs since I was 14. Neighbors, friends and family have relied on me to walk & feed their pets. I've had animals ever since I was 12 years old & never an empty house without pets I'm currently working part-time so I'll have plenty of time to play with your pups. I'm available on weekdays and weekends to give some love to your furry pets ;) I have a fenced yard and two loving friendly dogs myself that can keep your fur baby company. I can easily Kennel your dog if needed as well.
About: Hi! I have years of experience taking care of small and large dogs as well as cats. I work remote and have a ton of flexibility! I work remote and have tons of flexibility. More importantly, I will probably be obsessed with your dog! I’m already an avid walker so help me look less weird by borrowing your dog for walks :) I prefer to care for pets in my clients homes to keep your pet feeling comfortable in their environment. I have two cats so boarding in my home is limited.
About: I'm a pet sitter / house sitter, and dog walker. I have my own horse Shay, who lives in Bridle Trails, and I’d like to watch dogs and cats! I like walking dogs, throwing balls for dogs. I'd like to get my own dog someday, but Rover pet-sitting is a good way to hang out with dogs now. :) I'm a graduate student at UW. I work/study remote, so I can house sit and pet sit as long as you have WiFi. I can be around every 8 hours or so while housesitting. I'm active, I like to walk dogs. For dog training - I'm a horse expert, but a dog beginner / medium. I'm not a dog trainer, so I can't work with dogs with aggression issues. I can pet sit well behaved dogs, and energetic puppies are fine. I work and study from home- I’ll be away from the house for up to 8 hours at a time, when I ride my horse, or go in person to the UW. I follow the owners instructions on their pets! I like walking dogs, playing with dogs, hanging out with cats. I am not a dog trainer so I can’t handle the aggressive dogs. Well behaved dogs only please 😀
About: I am a stay-at-home-mom, and I absolutely adore dogs. I have grown up around dogs until ultimately I got my children their very own puppy four years ago. Before I got my Golden Doodle/Lab mix, I practiced quite a lot by dog-sitting for neighbors and family. I have housed both large and small dogs, and have experience with puppies all the way up to older pups. I am home doing only part-time work, so I have a lot of time to play with the dogs in my large, fenced yard, and there are several parks nearby (Bridle Trails, Taylor, South Rose Hill and Snyder dog park) where I can walk them and make sure they get plenty of exercise. Dogs are doted on, cuddled, and played with a lot, in my household. I love taking the time to get to know each dog I take care of, and I will work diligently to meet each individual dog's needs and personalities. I am a very active person all year round, so being outdoors with dogs is one of my favorite things. The dogs I care for will be well-attended to, and you can be sure they will have a blast in the large yard, and enjoy plenty of outside time. My children are 9 and 13, and will also heap love on the dogs in the home. The kids will never be left unattended with any dogs, but they are great helpers and assistants. Our dog, Dublin is four years old, and loves all dogs and people. He has a wonderful temperament and has spent quite a bit of time being socialized, and also being boarded in a home with several other dogs. I spent two years training him when he was a puppy and he is just a joy to be around–sweet, playful, well-behaved, and flexible. I can accommodate any dog-sleeping preferences. I have a large crate, as long as the dog is crate trained. I also have a dog ledge near the sofa where dogs can lounge, sleep or play with toys, as well as different size dog beds that are cleaned regularly. Dogs are allowed on the furniture and on beds in my home.
“Ana was very punctual and our dog was very happy to see her with each walk. She made extra efforts to help him adjust to his new schedule. We felt very grateful for her excellent care and communication”

“Michelle was so great! Took a last-minute request for giving my dog a walk while I was busy at work. Kumi was very happy being around her!! Thank you Michelle!”

About: I have more than 5 years of experience caring for my own dog and other dogs, and I treat every dog like part of my family. I carefully follow each pet’s routine, keep doors and gates secure, and always prioritize their comfort, safety, and emotional well-being.
Moss Bay dog parents share their Rover experiences
We couldn’t be happier with Sharee! She took Panda out three times for a full hour each time. Our dog came back happy and tired after every walk. It’s obvious how much care, patience, and love she has for dogs. She's reliable, punctual, and great at communicating (including sending pictures during the walk.) We would would highly recommend Sharee to anyone looking for an outstanding dog walker.

We were in need of a dog walker for a recurring midday time slot and are very happy with Katie so far! She was quick to reply to my initial request and we had a great meet and greet before deciding to move forward. Katie is responsive, friendly, and she clearly has a love for dogs in addition to lots of great experience! We really appreciate her consistency, communication, and her summaries and photos from each walk with Poppy. We look forward to many more walks with Katie!

Abbi was the best dog walker I’ve had! I have an Australian Shepherd which are extremely high energy breeds. Everyday my dog got a walk from Abbi, the distance was always a mile at least, she left extremely thorough Rover cards with many pictures. The few times I was home when Abbi walked Raider, he was always so excited to see her and tired after his walks. Thanks again Abbi!

This was our first time using Laura, and she was absolutely wonderful. She is the sweetest, and we felt comfortable right away. We have a pup who can get anxious when meeting new people, and she took to Laura immediately which says everything. Laura was incredibly kind, patient, and clearly great with dogs. She’s also very responsive and easy to communicate with throughout the process. We’re so happy we found her and will definitely be booking with her again. Highly recommend!

Jessica was very nice and communicated with me very well. My first time using Rover and she kindfully answered all my questions which made me feel a lot better. She updated me every step of the way and sent me pictures which was very appreciated. Definetly recommend.

Logan was awesome! She walked and fed our dogs (and a couple other animals) while we were away for a few days. She was very communicative, reliable thoughtful and trustworthy with our home and pets, with instructions, locking up, etc. We have two dogs that pull a lot when walking so not a job for just anyone. Our dogs were well taken care of while we were away and well adjusted to all back to normal when we came back. I would recommend and use again.
