“Natalia was amazing!! First time using Rover so I was slightly nervous but she has great communication through the app and took my doggo on a long walk. A+++ will definitely book again. Super happy!! :)”

“Last week was the first time I used Edie for my new puppy Chester. He is quite the handful and she has done wonders with him. She’s been very flexible and genuinely enjoy to work with. Hopefully Chester will get used to her as I will be using her weekly for his walks.”
About: I have over 6 years of experience caring for dogs, with a special focus on small breeds. I understand how delicate and sensitive little pups can be, and I always provide gentle, attentive care to make them feel safe and loved. At the same time, I’m also comfortable caring for medium-sized dogs, making sure they get plenty of exercise, attention, and affection. Friends, family, and neighbors have trusted me to walk, feed, bathe, and look after their pets, and I treat every dog as if they were my own. Whether it’s playtime, training, or just cuddles, I make sure each pup gets the care they need. My preferred times are early mornings (as early as 7am), evenings (around 9:30pm), and one more visit in between. This way, your pup always gets regular potty breaks, exercise, and attention without having to wait too long. These times aren’t fixed — I’m happy to adjust my schedule after discussing what works best for you and your pet. I make sure your pets have a clean and safe environment at all times. I always refresh their food and water, and I pay close attention to keeping everything tidy for their comfort. With small and medium breeds, I’m especially careful about their distance from larger dogs to avoid any safety issues when going outside. My priority is to give your pets the care, security, and love they deserve while you’re away.
About: I’m a former Veterinary Assistant and have been caring for pets professionally since I was 7 years old. I don’t have a lot of reviews on this app, because I have a lot of clients who find me through my massage practice or another app. I’ve been pet sitting in Seattle for over 20 years. I don’t have my own pets. If you choose me, your sweetie is gonna get allllll the snuggles! :) I've had decades of experience working with animals, including working as a veterinary assistant and boarding kennel supervisor. I was 7 years old when I took my first dog-walking job, and I've been pet-sitting professionally in Seattle for over two decades. I have a lot of patience and love for special needs pets, including the timid, shy ones, the PTSD rescues, and pets needing medical care (like sub-cue fluids). I'm experienced with dogs (all sizes & many breeds), cats, birds, rabbits, and even several types of rodents. Animals enrich my life-- they are my friends, so I treat them with the best care, like a good friend does, going out of my way to make sure they feel safe and loved. I give them a lot of focused attention, so that they can look forward to our visits as special fun times with Aunt Katrina, instead of mourning the absence of their family. My vet assistant experience also helps me keep an eye out for anything unusual so I can recommend a trip to the vet when it's called for, sometimes catching things before they become big health risks & big expenses. Plus, I'm a Licensed Massage Practitioner and I’ve studied small animal massage, so cats & dogs adore my healing hands! Additionally, I frequently work with my partner/husband Kevin, so the pets get double the attention and care when he joins me. His gentle nature puts even the shyest pets at ease immediately. Between the two of us, your pets will get so much loving attention, they might forget to miss you! ;) I used to pet sit full time. Now I have a thriving massage practice in Fremont, and I like to pet sit part time. I work up to 8-hour days in Fremont (usually 1pm-9pm). If we plan ahead, I might be able to block out my massage schedule for your sweeties (and only work 5-6 hours on days that I’ll be with your fur kids), so please ask! And if I’m already booked, I can always come by on my hour-long dinner break to do a potty break when I have a long day, provided it’s within 10-15 minutes of Fremont. I typically work up to 8-hour days as a massage therapist on Saturdays, Sundays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays (1pm-9pm). If you need overnight care, I can do an evening visit (around 6pm) on my long work days. My office is dog-friendly , so if you have a pup that likes people and is content to nap while I work, he/she can come to work with me! I do have breaks between clients in which I can walk a dog and/or have cuddle/play time. On my days off, my life revolves around your pup’s normal routines. I excel at following the directions that you’ll lay out regarding your home and how to care for your pet. I try to keep their routines as much like usual as I can.

“Amy has done a fantastic job walking our dog Parsley. She is communicative, show's up on time, and takes our pup on great walks. I would happily hire her again and recommend her to anyone else who is looking for a reliable dog walker.”
“Alex has been our dog walker for a couple months now. He is very attentive and has been so flexible with our ever-changing work schedules. We always appreciate his help and the boys seem worn out after their walks!”

“Cory was engaging and loving with our pup. He was punctual, shared great updates, and had great communication. We’ll be happy to work with him again next time we need help with care.”

About: I am flexible with availability. Always ready to play and cuddle. Excited for any breed and levels of energy. Happy to relax or play ongoing. Currently watch a pit mix, german shepard and aussie on the regular Available weekends and some weekdays. Looking for ways to spend time with your best friend as having my own currently does not fit in with my schedule but would love to share my love. Always ensure safety first and staying vigilant and aware. Keeping them in a familiar environment or when moving to new environment keeping an eye on surrounding areas, other dogs and people and knowing each individual dog.
“Logan was awesome! She walked and fed our dogs (and a couple other animals) while we were away for a few days. She was very communicative, reliable thoughtful and trustworthy with our home and pets, with instructions, locking up, etc. We have two dogs that pull a lot when walking so not a job for just anyone. Our dogs were well taken care of while we were away and well adjusted to all back to normal when we came back. I would recommend and use again.”

“Abbi was the best dog walker I’ve had! I have an Australian Shepherd which are extremely high energy breeds. Everyday my dog got a walk from Abbi, the distance was always a mile at least, she left extremely thorough Rover cards with many pictures. The few times I was home when Abbi walked Raider, he was always so excited to see her and tired after his walks. Thanks again Abbi!”

“Hope was very communicative and clear, and I really appreciated how good she was with Ares! He's a shy dog, but she was very patient and let him acclimate on his own terms. She has a lot of experience handling reactive dogs, and was able to handle him easily even when confronted with other reactive dogs on their walk. Thank you!”

“Jessica was very nice and communicated with me very well. My first time using Rover and she kindfully answered all my questions which made me feel a lot better. She updated me every step of the way and sent me pictures which was very appreciated. Definetly recommend.”

About: I have always had dogs ever since I was a baby and I love spending time with them and giving them all the love and attention they need! I grew up with a bull mastiff named belle and took care of her even in her older age and I currently have 2 golden retrievers who are around 6 years old but I helped take care of them when they were puppies as well. I feel comfortable helping senior dogs with any medicine, help moving, or anything else they may need and I'm super comfortable and patient with puppies! I also have 2 cats and have also been around cats since I was a baby and love taking care of them as well! I love playing and being around big dogs but small is great too! :) I am currently a high school senior but I do online classes through running start so I am pretty much home all day and I go away for practice later in the day but I honestly have a pretty open and free schedule during the week! Since I have a flexible schedule with school I am able to stay for a while if your animal needs extra attention or company! I feel very comfortable and confident taking care of dogs since I have always been around them growing up. My mom and me also run a rover business boarding dogs at our house for the last few years as well so I have gotten to take care of lots of different kind of dogs! I really love dogs and cats and it would be a really amazing and fun opportunity for me to help take care of your cats and pups! :)
“Shawn was excellent and very attentive to Louie's needs. She took extra care and time to ensure he was comfortable and having fun. She was also very communicative, so we were always at ease since we were never left guessing about any details.”

Totem Lake dog parents share their Rover experiences
Blake has been absolutely amazing with our dog, Benson. From day one, it was clear how much he genuinely cares about the dogs he works with. Benson gets so excited every time Blake comes by, which says everything. Blake is reliable, communicative, and goes above and beyond to make sure Benson is well taken care of and happy. It gives us so much peace of mind knowing he’s in such good hands. Anyone who hires Blake will be incredibly happy, we can’t recommend him enough!

We reached Robin only a couple of days before we needed to have some come to walk our boy, Bandit. She was able to do schedule a last minute meet and greet, which gave a lot of peace of mind. Her family did a great job with Bandit, they were very understanding of Bandit's excitement and were able to handle his over zealous attitude (pulling and jumping). Would definitely recommend using them to get some exercise for fur babies.

Natalia began walking our dog, Obi, when he was 7 months old. She walked him for about 7 months almost every weekday. The love and joy she had working with our dog showed in the pictures she sent us as well as the comments from neighbors who periodically met her on walks. Natalia was communicative and responsive. She was an absolute pleasure to work with, and we would’ve continued with her forever if she hadn’t moved away from our neighborhood. She has a wonderful connection with animals, getting to know their personalities and deeply caring about their well-being. She even befriended our cats who came down to visit her as well. I highly recommend Natalia for any pet needs you might have. She is an absolute gem.

We are SO glad to have found Jill, who has graciously and enthusiastically jumped in to help us with some regular, weekly dog walks. Jill was eager to understand Stella's preferences, quirks and habits; patient in letting Stella take her time adjusting to a new "handler"; and generous in giving lots of love and encouragement. Unsurprisingly, Stella took to her immediately and is now beyond excited when Jill arrives. We're excited to continue utilizing her excellent services!!

Katie is amazing! It’s my first time using rover and getting someone to help with my dog. I work long shifts and having someone reliable to take my pet on a walk was reassuring and such a relief. He loves her so much. She was such a great dog walker. If my family goes on vacation or we need a dog walker again, she will be the one we choose.

Amy did fantastic with our dog that gets nervous meeting new people. She came prepared with treats and approached her in a calm way that built trust quickly. She handled Rivet great on a walk even though she has less than perfect leash manners. You can tell she’s experienced and has an energy that animals gravitate to.

Abbi was the best dog walker I’ve had! Thanks again Abbi!

This was our first time using Laura, and she was absolutely wonderful. She is the sweetest, and we felt comfortable right away. We have a pup who can get anxious when meeting new people, and she took to Laura immediately which says everything. Laura was incredibly kind, patient, and clearly great with dogs. She’s also very responsive and easy to communicate with throughout the process. We’re so happy we found her and will definitely be booking with her again. Highly recommend!
