My family consists of my husband, a preteen son, and an 5-year-old 25 pounds mellow Cockapoo that loves other dogs. He is the perfect playmate! This was Mochi’s third stay with Masumi and she’s truly the best boarder we’ve ever had. Mochi had such a great time with her doggo friends, got plenty of walks every day and was even brushed regularly. She came home happy, soft and fluffy, which says it all 🥹🤍
We are so happy that our dog Bubbles could stay with Masumi and her family for our 25-days long trip. This is our second summer vacation booking with them, so my dog feels like home with Masumi. Masumi followed all my instructions for meals, supplements, walking needs, and sleeping arrangements exactly as we do at home. She updated me everyday with photos and daily routine activities. He came back home well taken care off, happy to have been around other similar dogs, and completely relaxed. Masumi and family gave us the exact peace of mind we needed for us to also enjoy our vacation! I am sure our dog will miss them until next time! 🐾 🥰 🐾

Masumi is by far the most reliable and attentive sitter we've ever had! I truly don't think there's anyone who could take better care of any dogs! She paid close attention to every detail of my dog's care. She even adjusted her collar and switched her leash to ensure his safety, which gave me tremendous peace of mind. Her thoughtfulness and attention to detail were exceptional. My dog is a picky eater, so preparing her meals with various toppings can be a bit of a hassle, but she happily accommodated all of his needs. My dog also sometimes vomit, so I was worried about leaving her with someone new, but she did wonderfully under her care. Her entire family showered her with love and affection, and it was clear that she enjoyed spending so much time with them and playing with Apple. It truly felt like a loving home rather than just a boarding stay. It was a wonderful boarding experience from start to finish. I've already booked our next stay because I know I can leave my dog with Masumi with complete confidence and peace of mind!
Mia was so happy to stay with Masumi and her family. I am so grateful for the daily updates. I will definitely book with Masumi in the future.
Masumi is always very communicative and attentive, Pepper had an incident and she managed it as if Pepper was part of her family. I wouldn't trust my pet anyone outside my family more than Masumi.

Schedule
■Sorry, I don’t host French Bulldogs and Pugs because my dog doesn’t get along with them. Also, no guests that use potty pads or muzzles. ■Drop off/pick up time anytime between 8am-8pm (Please discuss with me if you need to pick up or drop off outside of 8am-8pm.) ■Daily walks for about 30 minutes (weather permitting)

■I am good at taking care of poodle mixes! I do brushing to prevent from matting and wipe paws after walk. Shampooing is also available on request for $15. ■We do not wear shoes in the house, so we keep our house clean and safe. ■I have a fully-fenced backyard where dogs can safely hang out, but I never leave dogs in the yard unsupervised. ■When I need to go out to run errands, my husband is at home instead, so dogs are rarely left alone.

A typical day
I like to go for a walk with your dog and mine around the neighborhood. We also have parks with trails & a creek near our house to go exploring. Inside the house, I stimulate your dog by fetching balls. Also, dogs can relax and nap on the sofa or on our community dog bed.
