We appreciated the updates and could tell our dog was happy and comfortable the entire stay. When our flight was unexpectedly delayed at the last minute, Sally graciously extended our dog’s stay without hesitation, which was such a huge help and took so much stress off our shoulders. We are so please with how Juan took care of our dog Hailey. He keeps excellent routines and very detailed oriented with everything that needs to be done to make sure that your pet is safe. He also communicates frequently and provides excellent information and pictures on how things are going. I would definitely recommend him and we are planning to use his help again shortly.
