Yen & Terry took such good care of our giant 9mo puppy! They have put a lot of effort into creating an awesome space for the dogs to play and relax. We were nervous with this being our first dropoff but were put right at ease when pictures started coming in. They kept us updated the whole time and stayed in constant contact. If there were 10 stars available, I would give every one of them to Zhijin, her husband, and Kiki! Mielie stayed with them for almost two months while we were abroad, and I could not have asked for a more loving and caring home for her. Zhijin was wonderful with updates, always sharing how Mielie was eating, her health and overall well-being, along with the cutest photos and videos. When unforeseen circumstances meant we had to extend our trip, Zhijin was incredibly accommodating and even checked in on us personally during what was a very stressful time. When I finally picked Mielie up, she was calm, happy, fluffy and completely herself — which says everything about the love and care she received. Zhijin even surprised me with the sweetest photo magnets and keychain of Mielie and Kiki. ❤️ Knowing Mielie was so loved and well cared for gave me such peace of mind while we were thousands of miles away. I genuinely cannot recommend Zhijin enough and would trust her with Mielie again without hesitation!
We've boarded Bubu with Yun-Chun several times now, and we couldn't be happier! Our little Bubu can be a bit of a shy girl, but Yun-Chun is always incredibly patient with her. She takes the time to sit with her, keep her company, and give her lots of pets. We highly recommend her!
We couldn’t be happier with Joyce. Our dog had an amazing time while we were away. He made new friends, had lots of space to play outside and was totally comfortable in the new environment . The regular updates we got from him, as well as the photos, put our minds completely at ease. Definitely recommend and will book again for our next trip!!!
This was Rue’s second overnight stay with Sandra and when we arrived on Friday evening for drop-off, Rue dragged me to the door in excitement to see her! It is such a relief to know Rue is happy and in safe hands with Sandra and we got lots of great photos + updates of her over the weekend too.
Thank you Melody for taking care of Lizzo! Melody was a great communicator and kept me up to date with Lizzo, noting when she vomited. Also was very good about phasing introducing her dog and making sure both dogs felt comfortable. Took time to review my detailed care instructions.
Leah took amazing care of our large pup! She brilliantly saved us from a last minute cancellation with our typical boarder. Within 48 hours we had completed a meet and greet and dropped our pup off for a two week stay. We were a bit nervous, but had no need to be, as Leah sent regular photo updates showing our pup being loved and cared for like one of her own family. Can’t say enough about how grateful we are to Leah and her family for taking such good care of Zeus while we were away for so long. Thank you!

This is the second time We've asked Billy to look after Coco. Everyone in his family is very friendly and easy going! They took her for walks and sent us updates multiple times a day, we feel completely at ease leaving her with them. We would definitely ask them again!
