I’m available during the week and on weekends and offer boarding in my home, with regular walks and a calm, steady routine. I’m close to a dog-friendly park and use it for leashed walks when it’s a good fit. I focus on leash safety, following each dog’s routine, and keeping things relaxed and comfortable while they’re staying with me, keeping things simple and steady.

About: I've been walking dogs for three years and been around them my whole life. It's the part of my week I actually look forward to. Your dog keeps their routine. Same meals, same walks, same order. You show me how it works at the walkthrough and I stick to it. I'm comfortable with older dogs too. I've handled some with limited mobility and I've given medication on a schedule. I speak English and Spanish. Hablo español I'm available weekdays and weekends. Midday walks and drop-ins are open Monday through Friday, so your dog gets a break while you're at work. For house sitting I stay overnight and keep your dog's full routine, with daytime check-ins on weekdays. I serve Bellevue, Redmond, Kirkland, and nearby. Book a free meet and greet to get started. I don't board dogs at my place. I come to you. Your dog sleeps in their own bed and keeps their own schedule, which is usually the easiest thing for them. We start with a walkthrough so I get your dog right. How much they eat and when. Any medication and the trick to getting them to take it. Which leash and harness. Where the food and the cleanup bags live. Your vet and a backup contact. What your dog does when they're nervous and what helps them settle. I write it all down and I work from those notes. Keys get handed off in person or through a lockbox. I never leave one out. I never put your address on a tag. Leash stays on anytime we're outside. No dog parks or off-leash areas unless you tell me your dog is good with it. I check the gate and the door behind me every single time. You'll get a photo and a few lines every morning and every evening. Not a running commentary. Just enough that you never wonder how it's going. I have a car and your dog rides secured. If they need a vet I'll get them there and call you from the parking lot. We'll sort out how payment works beforehand so nobody is figuring that out in an exam room. If I can't reach you I'll try your backup contact and I'll act. I'm not going to sit on something waiting for a text back. On house sits I bring in the mail and take the bins out. I don't have people over. Your place stays yours.

About: I have always had some kind of pet growing up and am so happy with that fact! Whether it be bird, turtle, fish, hamster, or more cats and dogs than I can count I have either owned them or taken care of them. I have experience with all walks of life from fresh to life to the could retire in human years stages. I also have experience in keeping to medication schedules and working around allergies and diets during mealtimes. I also have worked with highly-reactive dogs and am more than willing to put in the time and effort so they are comfortable with me as well as have the skills to help them work through stressful moments. I absolutely cannot wait to meet your pets and help you support them as best I can. I currently work several seasonal jobs so I am super available during the off seasons. I am open for walks or check-ins from 10am-6pm Tuesdays-Sundays and I am available for house sitting on a short notice. I always make sure that your pet’s safety and care is my top priority. For walks I love sticking to areas around the house the pet is already comfortable in or if you and the pet are ok with it going on a bit of an adventure in my car to a local dog park or walking area. If I am staying at your house I always aim to stick to the animals normal schedule, including mealtimes and walk times, to ensure that they are disrupted as little as possible and still feel safe.

About: I have provided care for a variety of animals including dogs, cats and horses since I was young for family, friends and my own pets. I work a full-time non traditional schedule and I am available Sunday, Monday, Wednesday in the morning and afternoon to provide any necessary pet care. I can harness dogs if needed for walks. When caring for pets in the home, I will regularly check their water and food amount during feeding time. I will also make sure to take dogs outside regularly to relieve themselves.

About: Hello! My name is Dari, I am a WA native and I have been taking care of dogs since 2011 and cats since 2023. I have 2 kitties of my own that live in my home and 1 kitty I co-parent from afar with a previous partner. I have dog-sat and cat-sat for friends, family, and neighbors many times over the last few years and am excited to do so for you and your furry friends too. I have also had hamsters, hermit crabs, and a lovebird as pets too! No critter will be left not taken care of under my watch. I am currently teaching yoga and meditation in Seattle, Bothell, Kirkland, Bellevue, and Snoqualmie; I am often bopping around to and from the studio and am happy to drop-in to take care of your pets or take your dog for a walk! I am also not gone from home like most people for full shifts of work that last 8-10 hrs, I am gone at most for 6-7 hours on Tuesdays and Thursdays, with other days of the week being more like 2 hours away at a time! I live in an apartment but am a very active person and love taking dogs on long walks and to the dog park if desired. I am a very kind, soft, and loving person and truly believe animals pick up on this. It is very often I find myself talking to birds, squirrels, deer, and even today - a raccoon!!

My pet family consists of my 9 year old flat-coated retriever mix my best friend Rex and my curious cats Enzo and Leo. One of the benefits of the area that I live is that we are surrounded by nature so there are many animals here. Sometimes when I open my front door in the morning there are deer in front of my gate waiting to see what will happen at breakfast time. Travel/Work/experience: 1993-1994 Worked for a historical museum in Ukraine. Was responsible for finding and conducting video interviews with Ukrainian Holocaust survivors. I have slowly grown my school into one of the largest language schools in Slovakia. I currently have a staff of over 50 teachers teaching English, German, French, Russian, Spanish, Italian as well as Slovak for the many foreign managers living and working in multinational companies. My school cooperates with most of the large multinational companies in the area. I also cooperate quite closely with the local and state police departments as well as the mayor and city council all of whom are my students. While I will be house-sitting for you I will be managing my private Language School online. I will always have time to take care of the homes that I sit for as well as the pets regular routine. I always try my best to maintain the same pet schedule. 1st of all I LOVE ANIMALS! Our home in Slovakia is located up on the hill in the woods overlooking the lake. We have a large orchard and our nearest neighbor is about 300 m from us. We currently have 7 cats in various phases of either living, hanging out, or adding us to their busy social/feeding routine. During the Summer I take care of 2 friends' homes so I take care of their dogs, cats, fish, and even a very old turtle. as well. I travel to the U.S. regularly to visit friends/family each and this website is a perfect fit for my lifestyle as I manage my school remotely. To be quite honest, for all of the travelling I have done over the past 30 years, I have not travelled nor experienced the U.S. much which is another reason I have joined this website. About: I have never not had 2 to 3 dogs in my care at all times. My husband and I are incredibly active people who love to incorporate our animals as much as possible! We recently lost our oldest dog and are feeling the hole in our hearts, and our wishing to open our hearts to the animals in our community and to spread that extra love to your pets:) I currently work part time at Seattle Children’s Hospital. My husband works full-time from home a few days a week. I would like to cut back on my hours and make pet walking and sitting a more full-time position for myself. Since my husband works from home every day, he is available to take care of the dogs all day long, and when I’m home, it is playtime and long walk time.
