“Natalia is fabulous! Our family went on a two week international trip and had to leave our cat home alone. We were a bit nervous leaving our fur baby to the care of a stranger for so long, especially since this was our first time using Rover. But Natalia quickly put my worries to ease. She sent us so many adorable pictures, and gave us thorough updates on how he was adjusting. My family looked forward to our daily report cards. Natalia is great with communication, and followed all of our instructions. She was so easy to work with. I highly recommend her! We will definitely reach out to her again for future pet sitting needs.”

“Cortney was amazing with our pup Rue!!! She was responsive and detail oriented and made sure to send us updates on how everything went! I came home from work to a happy dog! Definitely recommend booking with her!”

“Cory continues to take careful and loving care of my puppy Scout, who can be a handful. I come home to a happy and tired puppy in the evenings. Cory does a great job of letting him run and burn off energy!!”

About: I’ve helped take care of my late dog for 15 and a half years by walking, feeding, playing, training, and giving lots of cuddling! I have also worked on training like learning new tricks (sit, shake, down, stay). I am also comfortable with senior care such as picking them up to go up and down the stairs and giving medication when needed. I do have a full time job, but I do go back home for lunch everyday for an hour. I am available more on the weekend's for walking during the evenings/drop ins on the weekdays. But everything can be changed depending on schedules on both sides. My fiance and I also work together to take care of dogs and he works from home most of the week. We are a dream team! Boarding can be anytime! In my home, I have a big backyard with a fence, a doggy door for smaller dogs, and a spacious home for your dog to have all the room to play. I love to play fetch or tug of war with dogs. I believe playing is the best thing for exercise and plain fun! Rest is also important in a dog’s routine. Whatever the owner wants for their dog, I will give!
About: I’ve owned three dogs across nearly 10 years, including a Border Collie and a Poodle staying in China now. I have over five dog walking experiences back in China, sincerely love all pups and provide regular potty breaks plus daily photo updates for every boarding dog. I stay home most days in Kirkland with flexible free time. I’m fully available all weekends for boarding, and free most weekday afternoons, able to take dogs out for potty breaks every 2–4 hours regularly. I own a secure fenced backyard for dogs’ outdoor play. My two gentle spayed female dogs are staying in China now, I keep home pet-safe and send daily photo updates to owners for every boarding pup.
“Jacob is a fantastic sitter! I have to do a last minute booking and he was very flexible to help. He did a great job watching my two young cats for a couple of days. He was on time, sent me great pictures and detailed notes. My cats warmed up to him quickly since he is a sweet person. I can trust Jacob with my cats and home…Thank you Jacob!”

“Anastasia did an excellent job of taking care of my two kitties. She gave detailed reports and sent lovely pictures! She followed all my instructions including playing with and brushing both of my purr-babies! I will book her again in the future!”

“Katie was great! She communicated well throughout the weekend and sent so many cute pictures. Both of my cats appeared to enjoy her drop-in visits and got lots of cuddles and playtime. I will definitely book with Katie again in the future!”

About: Experienced with dogs both big and small, puppies and seniors, energetic and shy. Comfortable with dogs, cats, rodents, fish and amphibians. I’ve been watching pets for neighbors, friends and family for years. Currently home all summer so I’ll have plenty of time to attend to any pet care needs. I’m available for short visits, walks, and overnight care. I care for your pets just like you do— with love, patience, and lots of attention! While you're away, I stick to their usual routine to keep them comfy and happy. Whether it's playtime, walks, meals, or snuggles, I make sure they feel safe, loved, and at home in their space. Your pet’s happiness (and your peace of mind!) is always my priority. You can count on me for updates and photos when you’re missing your pet.
About: I’ve taken care of dogs since I was a kid. Neighbors and friends have always come to me for caring for their dogs while they are away. I have a part time job currently so I am available for walking or drop in visits during days and/or hours I am not working that job. I am experienced with walking dogs of all shapes and sizes. I am also very comfortable and trustworthy to go into your home to take care of your dog while you are away.
“Shayna is AMAZING with our Great Dane and two cats! Our dog is almost double the size of her and she handles him with such great care! Would highly recommend her services!”

“Edie was responsive, timely, pleasant and professional. I loved her communication and reports from her visits. I would definitively use her again. My pups were very happy and obviously enjoyed her company.”

About: I am loving and someone you can trust. I do my best to understand them and meet their needs. I love them all as if they were my own babies. I help them take them out and about and meet their needs. If they are happy with me, I will be happy too. Rest assured. My priority is their safety and happiness. I take care of everything about them myself. I don't let them walk in places I don't find safe. I take them home safely and hand them over to their family.
About: Hi families, my name is Audrey! I have been working with dogs and cats professionally for about two years now, and I also have a dog of my own (age 10 years) that I grew up with! I work full time as a nanny and babysitter, so I have a lot of experience working with other people's dogs and cats of all sizes and breeds. I also currently work as a dog walker for two pups during the weekdays, and I'm confident in my ability to walk up to 2 dogs at a time. Please feel free to contact me if you are in need of a dog walker or a pet sitter - I'd love to connect! I am available for dog walking in the early mornings and occasionally in the evenings. I work part-time so I can be available for dog sitting in the evenings (weekends may work best!) I am friendly and trustworthy, and I love animals! I am easygoing and get along great with dogs and cats with friendly demeanors. Please feel free to get in touch!
“Sterling and Beverly are fantastic! They're both wonderful people and took amazing care of our Brin. We even had an unexpected package of groceries show up which they were kind enough to drop off at a food bank.”
About: Hello there! My name is Nicole, and like many of you, I LOVE animals. Currently I live in downtown Kirkland and am open to new fluffy (or scaley) friends. I have watched pets inside my own and done visits. I am only open to boarding smaller, cat friendly dogs. :) I promise you that I will love and treat your pet with kindness and love. I understand the anxiety that comes with leaving your furry friends, and will send many photos and updates while you are away. I am currently looking to fill my free time with taking care of furry little friends. I live in Kirkland and do daily walks, and if your dog wants to come along, they are more than welcome! I live in a Condo in Kirkland, WA. I am happy to take dogs to dog parks (with permission) or to just a stroll around the neighborhood. I will send updates and photos whenever I see your pet!
About: I’ve taken care of many animals around my neighborhood and have had rescue dogs of my own. I love animals and will make yours feel right at home! My schedule is very flexible! I am available most weekdays and can take care of your pet any time on weekends! Let me know what’s best for you:) I have a rescue dog of my own who is on the mellow side so she will most likely watch but not interact. I have a yard however it is not fenced, but I will use a gate to keep your dog in the yard.
About: I am passionate about the safety, happiness, and health of all animals. I have a dog of my own who is my entire world, and I have 10+ years of experience caring for friends and family pets. I grew up in Kirkland and love walking the areas many walking trails and routes. I would love to provide your pet with exercise and companionship. I live in downtown Kirkland and am able to do quick walks or check ins easily. I work as a teacher so afternoons are open for me, and summers I am available all the time! Your pet’s safety and comfort are my top priorities. I work hard to create a calm, secure, and predictable environment—whether I’m caring for your pet in your home or stopping by for visits. In your home, I respect your space and stick closely to your pet’s usual routine so things feel familiar and stress-free. I’m careful with doors, gates, and leashes at all times, and I stay aware of surroundings on walks to keep your pet safe—especially around other dogs, traffic, and busy areas. I take the time to learn each pet’s personality, boundaries, and any triggers ahead of time (like reactivity on walks), so I can handle situations confidently and avoid unnecessary stress. You can also expect clear communication from me, with regular updates and photos so you always know how your pet is doing. My goal is for you to feel completely at ease knowing your pet is safe, well cared for, and getting plenty of attention while you’re away.

About: I've been walking dogs for three years and been around them my whole life. It's the part of my week I actually look forward to. Your dog keeps their routine. Same meals, same walks, same order. You show me how it works at the walkthrough and I stick to it. I'm comfortable with older dogs too. I've handled some with limited mobility and I've given medication on a schedule. I speak English and Spanish. Hablo español Weekend trips are what I do best. Saturdays and Sundays I'm home with your dog the whole day. On weekdays I'm there overnight, out the door in the morning after breakfast and a walk, and back by six for a long evening walk and the rest of the night. Longer trips work well for dogs who are comfortable on their own during the workday. For walks and drop-ins, weekday evenings after 6pm and anytime on weekends. I don't board dogs at my place. I come to you. Your dog sleeps in their own bed and keeps their own schedule, which is usually the easiest thing for them. We start with a walkthrough so I get your dog right. How much they eat and when. Any medication and the trick to getting them to take it. Which leash and harness. Where the food and the cleanup bags live. Your vet and a backup contact. What your dog does when they're nervous and what helps them settle. I write it all down and I work from those notes. Keys get handed off in person or through a lockbox. I never leave one out. I never put your address on a tag. Leash stays on anytime we're outside. No dog parks or off-leash areas unless you tell me your dog is good with it. I check the gate and the door behind me every single time. You'll get a photo and a few lines every morning and every evening. Not a running commentary. Just enough that you never wonder how it's going. I have a car and your dog rides secured. If they need a vet I'll get them there and call you from the parking lot. We'll sort out how payment works beforehand so nobody is figuring that out in an exam room. If I can't reach you I'll try your backup contact and I'll act. I'm not going to sit on something waiting for a text back. On house sits I bring in the mail and take the bins out. I don't have people over. Your place stays yours.

genuinely just the sweetest girly out there. i love when our schedules align and Alexa is available to watch my dog!! i trust her so much and always feel at ease when she’s watching my dog. i can confidently know that my dog is receiving the same love he would be if i were there.

Shannon and Jason are amazing! I had a required work meeting while my dog was having an allergic reaction that required supervision and Benadryl. They picked her up and watched her last minute making sure she was safe and healthy. I would recommend and trust them with Kazi again.

Billie did a fantastic job hanging out with our 15 week old puppy! She made sure she was fed and watered, got a walk in, some play time, and a lot of belly rubs! She sent great photos, which we always enjoy. We will certainly be asking Billie to drop in on our pup again.

So glad we found Edie. Despite an uncertain welcome by my 3 standard poodles (especially the two youngest ones), she won them over and had my spirited 4 year old boy hugging her and other one laying at her feet. She even spent time with my 20 year old kitty who mostly sleeps these days. Edie knows her way around animals and her comfort level was obviously communicated to my four legged children. Thank you, Edie!

Eric is a great person and one of the best pet sitters I’ve ever had. My dog and cats loved him. He is very gentle & caring. My pets warmed up to him very quickly. He did a wonderful job caring for my senior dog and young cats. I went on a business trip for several days and was concerned about leaving my senior dog at home with the cats but Eric did a wonderful job. So I came back to a happy, wagging tale. Eric was on time for the visits, took the time to play with the cats, give them love and attention, and sent me detailed notes with lots of pictures. He even reported on how they were eating their food! I’m so glad I found Eric and I can trust him with my pets whenever I need!

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone.
