About: I've taken care of medium dogs belonging to friends and family 😊 I've brushed, walked, fed, played, and cuddled with many different dogs, so I've got you covered! I'm currently working part time and am a part-time college student, so I have a lot of time to put into pet care :) I love going on adventures in my free time, whether it is to new parks or hikes! I have a very large fenced in yard and pickleball/basketball court, so your pup will have lots of room to run! I'm also located very close to multiple parks/dog parks (downtown bellevue park, newcastle beach park, robinswood dog park, etc.!) and my neighborhood also has a large grass field perfect for playing fetch. My home is also spacious and equipped with AC to keep your dog cool in the heat.
“Thank you so much for taking care of our cats while we were gone. Really appreciate it. Thanks for bringing in our Amazon Subscribe and Save boxes and garbage toters too. We can't thank you enough. Happy Holidays!”

About: I have been taking care of my cat since he was a small kitten. I have a lot of empathy and compassion towards animals and consider my cats some of my best friends. My cousin will be joining me for my Rover journey. I dog sit his dogs- 16 years old, 1 year old, and 3 months old. My cousin only feeds his dogs the best, raw food and lets them play outside a lot. Together we make a team I am on summer break from college so my schedule is very flexible. I can work around your schedule and am available every week day. Tuesday and Friday evenings, I am available before 5:00 pm. I typically let dogs go outside for the bathroom about every 30 minutes. I make sure their water is full and they are fed on time.
About: I have had four dogs ranging from a small puppy 3 pounds up to a Wheaton terrier 40 pounds which we got as a puppy and lived till 12–13, so I have experience through the entire life cycle of a dog. I love dogs but also traveling so I’m not sure I could have one of my own right now I am totally flexible. I don’t work too much and when I do, I work from home on the computer. I am available for regular walks and potty breaks for your pet. I do have balance and mobility issues so that is why I am limiting weight sitting to 40 pounds or less to make sure every one stays safe. I’m happy to take your dog for walks or to the park. There’s a great ball chasing park nearby. alternatively we can hop in the car and go to a dog park.
“Kevin has been absolutely fantastic with our dog! She's very high-energy, and Kevin always finds creative ways to keep her engaged and burn off that energy. We mentioned that she needed to work on not jumping on people and also no barking for attention, and Kevin was great about reinforcing those behaviors during their time together. We've seen real improvement! Our pup is always thrilled to see him and is totally tuckered out—and happy—after each visit. Kevin is also incredibly responsive and communicates clearly. I especially love reading the notes and seeing the pictures he shares in the Rover cards 😊”

“It’s the fourth or fifth time we work with Zoe. She is an amazing care taker and Mako/our cat loves her!! I see her building trust with Mako visit by visit. Zoe goes beyond the regular duties (i.e. feeding, water refilling, litter box cleaning) to explore new activities with Mako to keep the visits fun. Thank you for all you do!!”

“Maura did a great job of taking great care of our 3 year old cat, and 4 month old kitten. We were a little nervous about having to leave our young kitten at home since it was his first time alone. She did a great job of playing with him and making him feel safe. Cowboy, our older cat, definitely loves his space and Maura was able to immediately tell and gave him the space that he needed to feel safe. The instructions were followed really well. The only feedback we have is to add a description of how the visit was after each visit. Apart from that, Maura did a fantastic job of taking care of our boys. Highly recommend!”

About: I've loved dogs my whole life and have over 15 years of experience caring for them. I grew up taking care of my own dog and have spent years watching my family's dogs while they're away. I'm energetic, dependable, and will treat your pet like they're my own, making sure they feel safe, loved, and well cared for. Home from college for the summer, spending most of my time with family at home. Which will allow me to spend all my time loving, walking, & playing with your pet! 'll make sure your dog gets plenty of love and attention by taking them on walks, feeding them on their regular schedule, keeping their water bowl full, and making them feel safe and comfortable while you're away. I also have a friendly, well-socialized dog who would love to play with your pup if they're comfortable with other dogs.
“Maya was fabulous. She was patient with Byjou and did a great job around little beastie 02. (My dog (beastie 01) yields to her majesty). From photos byjou is already slowly accepting Maya and that is wonderful to see as she is a rescue. Will definitely be requesting Maya again.”
About: In preparation for my first puppy as a single-puppy-parent, I did a ton of research and hit the ground running when I adopted my first rat terrier puppy. We went through many and frequent training classes and socialization outings so that my dog would grow up to become a happy, well-socialized, nearly fearless adult. I believe in positive reinforcement and can't help but give all the love to all the furkids around me. I've also adopted and lost my heart to larger furkids. Our 2 retired racing greyhounds crossed over the rainbow bridge a few years and left a big void in our family. My first rat terrier recently left us, so we are now just a 1-dog family. I'm an indoor and outdoor gardener, a very amateur macro photographer, woodworker, general DIYer and dabbler in many things. My dogs like to hang out in the sunshine with me whenever I'm gardening or trying to capture a shot of something interesting in the garden. Travel is one of my passions and I've left my little guys with Rover dog sitters many times in the past. I would love to take care of your little ones while you are unable.
“Jue was amazing with our cats, Coco and April! She sent detailed updates with photos and videos every day, kept them well-fed, and spent plenty of time playing with them. We came home to two very happy and relaxed kitties. Highly recommend Jue — we’ll definitely book her again!”

“Scheduled a meet and greet with Rachel to make sure she was comfortable with our dog and vice versa they hit it off great! She was able to stop by in a pinch and was very knowledgeable. Looking forward to booking her in the future!”

About: I’ve taken care of dogs since 12 years old when got my first dog. Very quickly dog owners started trusting me with walking their dogs as well and pet sitting them while owners are away. I have experience of dog sitting from 1 to 12 dogs in a household. For now I work full time, but I am in the process of transitioning to part time. I will be happy to assist over the weekend and visit your pets during business days after work. I keep animals in a safe, clean, and secure environment by following the owner’s instructions closely, including feeding schedules, medication, and exercise routines. I always supervise pets during visits or walks, ensure doors and leashes are secure, and prioritize their comfort and safety in any setting

Todd took amazing care of Finn during our drop‑ins! He was thorough, punctual, and makes dogs/pets feel instantly at ease. Finn can be shy/quirky at first with certain people, but Todd won him over immediately and kept me updated with photos and notes. It’s such a relief knowing Finn is in good hands. We’ll absolutely be using Todd again!
Toki was so so wonderful with our 3 month puppy! He played with him so well that puppy fell asleep for 3 hrs once Toki left - happy happy puppy! Toki was very respectful in our house, and took beautiful pics of puppy both times he came. We are excited to work with Toki again!

Sherry is awesome. We just moved from out of state and have a pretty old dog not used to this climate. He was scared when we left him, and we have always boarded him in the past so he was quite difficult. Sherry was patient, and over 2-3 DAYS of feeding a growling, snapping dog she saw kobe turn back into the cool old dog he normally is. I can’t say enough how easy and patient she has been with a tough situation.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
While Rover doesn’t offer traditional subscription services, some sitters offer recurring bookings for services like home visits and dog walking. Recurring services come with their own perks, such as flexibility to modify services (up to five weeks in advance), automatic billing, Rover Card updates, and same-day cancellations.
