Mik was professional, and excellent communicator, and was very flexible working together with a family member who was also caring for our pets; especially when new challenges came up (our cat was hospitalized the weekend before we left for a urinary blockage). She was awesome at interacting with our pets at the level they were comfortable with, and I could tell that they became buds by the end of our trip! ☺️ We also appreciated all of the pictures and details we were given during her home visits, as well as how Mik put in the effort to provide engagement and stimulation for our pets on a variety of ways. I would definitely recommend booking with her, and we hope to do so again in the future!”
