When I mentioned that Luca likes to look out windows during the day, they made efforts to ensure that he could do just that at their house :) Another thing I appreciated was how much info they asked upfront in our meet and greet in order to meet all of Luca’s needs and understand the manners/rules he follows when he’s at home (e.g. no table food, sitting & waiting before taking his food). This was very considerate and showed a lot of respect for Luca’s norms :) Luca got lots of love, lots of walks, and lots of space to roam during his stay! About: In preparation for my first puppy as a single-puppy-parent, I did a ton of research and hit the ground running when I adopted my first rat terrier puppy. We went through many and frequent training classes and socialization outings so that my dog would grow up to become a happy, well-socialized, nearly fearless adult. I currently work part-time 4 days a week, which gives me a flexible schedule and plenty of time to care for your pets. I’m available all day on Wednesdays through Fridays. On Mondays, Tuesdays, and weekends I’m available after work, typically no later than 2 PM willing to check on pete before I start my shift! I’m always happy to work with pet parents to find a schedule that works best and will make sure your pets receive lots of attention, care, playtime, and companionship while you’re away. 😊 I always make sure pets feel safe, comfortable, and cared for in both my home and my client’s home. About: I've cared for and loved dogs (and cats) for my entire life (and I'm old enough to get senior discounts!). From giant breeds to tiny mixes, I have a seventh sense for how your pup best interacts with the world. Shy dogs, reactive dogs, energetic dogs and all in between are welcome and will be thoughtfully cared for. I'm at home full-time and can give your pup the attention he or she deserves 24/7. I live within 5 minutes of 2 parks, one on the lake if that's what your dog likes. Fully fenced, large backyard that dogs can access all day. Live with a VERY sweet, even-tempered 2 year-old female St Bernese (Bernese/St. Bernard) and an outdoor kitty. Pups will have unrestricted use of the house. Most importantly, I care and will work with you to give your pup the most comfortable homestay possible.

“Leah and Leio (and their kids) were so loving towards Luca and went out of their way to treat him like family during his stay :) We received updates and photos often, which we loved! When I mentioned that Luca likes to look out windows during the day, they made efforts to ensure that he could do just that at their house :) Another thing I appreciated was how much info they asked upfront in our meet and greet in order to meet all of Luca’s needs and understand the manners/rules he follows when he’s at home (e.g. no table food, sitting & waiting before taking his food). This was very considerate and showed a lot of respect for Luca’s norms :) Luca got lots of love, lots of walks, and lots of space to roam during his stay! We would bring Luca back to stay with them in a heartbeat!
