Hello! Here’s a little bit about me. I am currently a kindergarten teacher and I was born and raised in Washington. I would love a pet of my own, but I am not home enough during the school year. I’d love to be your pets new best friend while you’re away! The services I will be offering are drop-in visits and dog walks. I’ve looked after many dogs and cats in my lifetime (dog sitting, dog walking, drop-ins for my friends cats, etc.). I also used to have a dog of my own! I look forward to taking care of your pet and giving them attention and love while you’re away.

I will most likely not offer services that give pets the opportunity stay with me in my apartment, but when I am in your home I will be respectful of your space and leave everything exactly how it was.

This is the second time Mackenzie has watched and visited our cats. She is amazing! Her pictures, communication, and following our advice for each cat is top notch. We have four cats and a lot of litter boxes. She took care of those messes daily and still found time to pet and play with each cat. I am a bit anxious leaving them, but she is a wonderful sitter and made me feel like she truly loves each one of the cats :). I will continue to book her in the future and anyone reading this should too!
Mackenzie did a wonderful job taking care of Coco! She is a fantastic communicator and kept us updated with plenty of detailed notes and pictures while we were away. We came home to a very happy, sweet cat and a perfectly clean house. I highly recommend Mackenzie and would definitely trust her to watch Coco again!
I recently had Mackenzie care for my four cats over a 6-day period, and I couldn't be more impressed. She went above and beyond in every way: Reliability & Responsibility: Mackenzie stayed on top of all the essentials; fresh food and water daily, spotless litter boxes, and consistent care throughout her visits. Communication & Peace of Mind: What really set her apart was the amazing pictures she sent! Getting regular updates with photos of my cats playing, napping, and enjoying themselves made the time away so much easier. It's clear she genuinely cares about keeping pet parents informed and reassured. Genuine Affection: Beyond the basics, Mackenzie gave my cats attention and affection. She played with them, petted them, and treated them like they were her own. Overall Mackenzie is exactly what you want in a pet sitter: responsible, caring, communicative, and trustworthy. My four cats are already looking forward to her next visit, and so am I! I will absolutely be booking Mackenzie again. If you're looking for someone to care for your cats with professionalism and genuine love, she's your person.
I have two cats, Skippy and Avery. Mackenzie is a family friend and would come by our house to check on them while we were vacationing. She filled their water, cleaned their litter box, refilled their food, pet them, etc. I would recommend her to anyone.
Mackenzie provided tutoring to my daughters over the summer and our dog Benny really liked her. When we traveled, she would watch him in her home. She sent many pictures, played with him, took him on long walks, and followed all of our detailed instructions. She’s the best!

As previously mentioned, I am a teacher. Most of the time, I am in my classroom teaching students how to read, write and count! But, in my free time, I’d love to play with/take care of some adorable dogs and cats. I have a lot of time after work and a lot of free time on weekends. Additionally, we have lots of breaks and three-day weekends throughout the school year where I’m typically free. During the summer, I’ll be the most active on this app because we have two months off!

- Please let me know if your pet has any special routines or needs. I am also more than happy to set up a video call prior to the walk or drop-in visit. When I had a pet, I was always hesitant to use apps like Rover because there always some people that can’t be trusted/don’t do a good job. I want you to feel like you can trust me to take good care of your pets. I will go above and beyond to make sure they are loved and taken care of!
