About: I have always had some kind of pet growing up and am so happy with that fact! Whether it be bird, turtle, fish, hamster, or more cats and dogs than I can count I have either owned them or taken care of them. I have experience with all walks of life from fresh to life to the could retire in human years stages. I also have experience in keeping to medication schedules and working around allergies and diets during mealtimes. I also have worked with highly-reactive dogs and am more than willing to put in the time and effort so they are comfortable with me as well as have the skills to help them work through stressful moments. I absolutely cannot wait to meet your pets and help you support them as best I can. I currently work several seasonal jobs so I am super available during the off seasons. I am open for walks or check-ins from 10am-6pm Tuesdays-Sundays and I am available for house sitting on a short notice. I always make sure that your pet’s safety and care is my top priority. For walks I love sticking to areas around the house the pet is already comfortable in or if you and the pet are ok with it going on a bit of an adventure in my car to a local dog park or walking area. If I am staying at your house I always aim to stick to the animals normal schedule, including mealtimes and walk times, to ensure that they are disrupted as little as possible and still feel safe.

“We haven't used Rover before and were a bit skeptical until we met Miranda! She took such good care of our cat and made us feel comfortable. I would definitely recommend her to anyone.”
About: I have been around dogs my entire life. I have had breeds ranging of all sizes and temperaments. My family had a westie with some anger issues so am familiar and cautious around temperamental dogs. I currently have two labs so I am no stranger to dogs full of energy 24/7! I have cared for others dogs 30+ times sometimes for weeks on end and have recieved nothing but raving reviews! I love dogs of all kinds and treat them all as if they were my own. Am comfortable with both large and small dogs. I currently work part time 3 days a week so I have plenty of time to spend with your pets! Am home most of the time aside from the occasional walk or errand running! I live in an apartment so not the most amount of space but it is incredibly clean with many parks nearby to entertain your pets and let them go potty of course! I am an incredibly clean person and would be trusted to keep your house as well as your pet safe.
“We had a wonderful experience with Momo. Communication was always smooth, prompt, and reliable, which gave us great peace of mind while we were away. She took excellent care of our cats, paid close attention to every detail, and even helped with a few extra household tasks without us having to ask. Most importantly, our cats quickly warmed up to her, and it was obvious they felt comfortable and well cared for. We truly appreciate her kindness, thoughtfulness, and professionalism, and would happily recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy pet sitter.”

“Highly recommend. Reliable and great communication. She clearly loves animals. My dog and her became fast friends. I didn't ask her to help with the cat and I still got cat updates.”

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
While Rover doesn’t offer traditional subscription services, some sitters offer recurring bookings for services like home visits and dog walking. Recurring services come with their own perks, such as flexibility to modify services (up to five weeks in advance), automatic billing, Rover Card updates, and same-day cancellations.
