“Simply amazing! Pheara and her husband were amazing with our dogs -- and our dogs weren't easy to deal with. One of my dogs was reactive to new people and other dogs, the other one was unable to climb stairs. I had never used Rover or any boarding service in the past so I was reasonably worried. However, with some initial introductions, my 2 dogs acclimated to Pheara and it was a wonderful stay. We got updates everyday and she made sure that our dogs felt safe with them.
