This was the first time we’ve used Rover. Jiyeon was super attentive, responsive, and gave daily updates on our pup. I am very pleased with the attention to detail and thoughtful consideration Jiyeon gave when it came to looking after our pup and updating us while away. As this is my first time boarding our pup, I forgot some items. Jiyeon was there to save the day and gladly stepped in to make sure our pup didn’t go without. We have already booked a future date with Jiyeon and are comforted our pup will be left in good hands.
Mary was an incredible dog sitter for my senior dog with anxiety (and for me, a human with anxiety). It had been a long time since I looked for a new dogsitter, so I started my dogsitter search with a long list of worries. Luckily, Mary set up a meet and greet to answer all my questions and set my concerns to rest. I was out of the country for two weeks, and she sent me photos + updates of my dog each day. Though I provided my dog’s anxiety meds, she didn’t excessively use them and tried to help him without them first.
