So happy with Angela! Patches seemed comfortable with her when we did the initial meet and greet. During Patches' stay with her, she sent pictures and updates every day! Kailin was so great with our little dog, Finn! This was our first time boarding with her, and we are always nervous dropping Finn off at new places, but Kailin put us right at ease with photos immediately. I had a great experience and would highly recommend Jessica and Christopher! They took wonderful care of my dog Chewy, sent daily updates and pictures, and made me feel completely comfortable while I was away. Jessica was also very flexible with drop-off and pick-up times, which I really appreciated. I would definitely book with Jessica and Christopher again.
Joyce was very friendly and great with my pup. She did great at managing my pup’s medical needs. Joyce has a wonderful big fenced back yard for dogs to run around in, which was great for me since my dog can’t go on walks. She sent a few pictures and kept in touch while we were gone. She was very communicative and responsive through text. Will book with her again.
Landis was wonderful with Gigi! She and her daughter Maya took such great care of her and made her feel comfortable and at ease. We had a great meet-and-greet beforehand, and Landis was very thoughtful about asking for permission whenever needed. They also made sure Gigi got good walks and plenty of attention. It gave us a lot of peace of mind knowing she was in such caring hands. We’d happily book with Landis again and highly recommend them!
Yiyuan was absolutely amazing! She accommodated my last minute request to need to book and when I got in town earlier then expected she was very sweet to accommodate me once again to picking up my puppy earlier then I intended. I got so many wonderful pictures of them taking Hunny out on so many wonderful experiences and outings. Since I work through the day we don’t tend to get to do those things so many days in a row so it was so nice to see her being prioritized the way that Yiyuan did. I will 1000% be booking with her again!! I felt to safe and at peace leaving my puppy with her.
Jason and Samy are always incredible with our particular rescue pup. Most recently we were able to have peace of mind taking a family vacation while Ruby had the time of her life with them. Even though fireworks can cause pretty extreme stress for her, they helped her have a safe space to go and feel as calm as possible until the holiday festivities were passed. I can always count on getting happy updates and knowing our pup is getting cared for just as well (or even better!) than when she's at home with us. Priyanka and her husband took exceptional care of Theo! I received daily updates, lots of pictures of his activities and how he settled in nicely to feel right at home.
