Shizuko was wonderful with our senior yorkie-poodle, Titan! He has to take a lot of medication, and Shizuko was able to administer the medicine and follow his schedule. She was also able to watch him for an extra day when my flight got cancelled. Very consistent communication and we appreciated getting all of the photos and updates of Titan’s time there. Titan enjoyed being with her and was sad to leave when I picked him up. Would absolutely recommend Shizuko to anyone who is looking for a rover, and we will be using her services again in the future!
Our dog Hudson had a great time with Jason and Samy! We booked a 16-night stay, and he came home much more relaxed and happy than in the past when we left him at a boarding kennel. Hudson presents a few challenges with dog reactivity and some recent issues with loss of appetite after an extended round of antibiotics — it can be difficult to get him to eat his meals, and since we're still in this middle of figuring out things with his vet, we don't have a reliable solution identified. Jason and Samy were really patient in trying different approaches to getting him to eat, and were very communicative throughout his entire stay. We would definitely book again!
I was out of town and unexpectedly needed to move my dog from her current sitter as soon as possible. She took my dog in the very next morning and cared for her for the rest of my trip, and even for a few extra days after I returned so I could have time to settle in. Carissa was great with Ollie! He can be an anxious pup so we did a trial overnight stay before our actual trip to help him get comfortable. Carissa was very understanding of his anxiety and needs including his medication. She was super nice, communicative, and sent updates and photos throughout his stay which gave us peace of mind. We really appreciated her taking such good care of Ollie and would definitely book with her again!
Tyler watched our two mini Aussies for 2 weeks while we were away and we felt so comforted knowing they were in such good hands with him. Tyler took both of them on a long walk together everyday and played with them in the yard and did mental stimulation games. Aussies can be demanding dogs physically and mentally and he was able to meet their needs so well!! Tyler provides regular updates and pictures which is so nice. They truly looked so happy and relaxed at his house. We couldn’t recommend Tyler more as a rover!
Monica was very accommodating a short notice stay and provided constant updates and videos throughout the weekend. She gave my high energy boston terrier lots of one on one attention and play time.
