As a large, energetic breed, German Shepherds can be a handful, but Rachel handles her with such confidence, care, and expertise. Bella always comes home happy, tired from plenty of play and walks, and clearly well-loved. Rachel is incredibly responsive—messages are answered quickly, and she keeps us updated every step of the way. The daily photo and video updates are a game-changer, showing Bella playing in the yard, cuddling, or just relaxing like she’s at home. She follows all our instructions perfectly (including feeding and exercise routines) and is super flexible; when our flights have been delayed or even canceled, she’s happily accommodated the changes without hesitation. We feel so lucky to have found someone we trust completely. We’ve already booked our next few trips with Rachel because we honestly can’t imagine anyone else taking care of Bella. “Natalie is wonderful! As soon as we got there she made me and my girl comfortable. My dog is very perceptive with people and animals. If she isn’t comfortable she won’t go near them. During the meet and greet he was clear about how he would help care for Apollo and made sure to ask for any special care needs that he might have (he doesn't but still noteworthy). We picked up Apollo and he seemed really content staying with Kwame. Would definitely book again.
Jill and Aaron are phenomenal sitters! Since it was Socks's first time at boarding, we really wanted him to be comfortable, and they absolutely pampered him. They kept him cool, let him take his essential midday naps, and gave him all the belly rubs he could ask for. Jim and Cara, the perfect “resort” vacation for my 2 Springer Spaniels! Beautiful big grassy fenced yard, 2 laid back doggies of their own.
