We used April for 2 drop in visits recently. She was wonderful! Attentive, prompt with responses, and followed any/all aspects we outlined for care. She was sweet and loving to our dogs, and provided us with photos each time. Would definitely recommend and use again for future bookings!
April was wonderful with my 9-year-old Bernese Mountain Dog, Millie! She was conscientious and kept me updated each day on how Millie was doing, which gave me great peace of mind while I was away. When my flight was unexpectedly delayed, April quickly approved an extended stay and was so accommodating. I really appreciated her flexibility and care — Millie was clearly happy and well looked after. Highly recommend!
April is so kind and was great with our bernedoodle! She sent lots of updates and I felt confident the whole time that my dog was having fun and getting lots of love. Our dog has stayed with a few different rover sitters, and I would highly recommend April as one of the best!

Schedule
I’m currently a stay at home mom with tons of available time! I’m available any weekday or weekend. Morning, afternoons and evenings! I have a 7 year old daughter who also loves animals and is very aware of their space.

Safety, trust & environment
I live on 2-1/3 acres tucked away on a small private road. My Property does not have a fence however anytime the dogs are out I am supervising. I have a very large outdoor kennel as well. It’s an absolute dream for dogs who love to run around and play! I have an 8 year old mini Australian Shepherd who is full of energy so he can play all day with the super energetics dogs. Or they can have separate space if need be as well. I also have an entire living room dedicated to dogs where there are gates to keep them in. Comfy Chairs, couch and dog beds for them to lay on. For boarding We have dog crates that we can put in the living room or in a separate room if need be.
Pets
A typical day
We like to go out multiple times a day and play ball or explore the yard. I also try to get in a walk around our neighborhood once a day and that’s almost 2 miles.
