That offers peace of mind to us hectic pet parents. But get this! Somehow Yvonne also has that gift with people, too. I have not met a better communicator in this business. About: I’ve had a love for dogs for as long as I can remember. Ever since I was little, I was always the first to volunteer for dog walks, pet sitting, or any opportunity to spend time caring for animals. Over the years, I became the go-to person for family, friends, and neighbors needing someone they could trust with their pets, giving me more than 20 years of hands-on experience caring for dogs of all ages, sizes, and personalities. Animals have always been a huge part of my life. I previously had a Golden Retriever who lived to 12 years old and a Lhasa Apso/Yorkie mix who lived to the incredible age of 18, both of whom were deeply loved members of my family. I currently have a gentle 17-year-old cat, a friendly 4-year-old English Cream Golden Retriever, and will soon be welcoming a corgi puppy into our home as well. Our home is very pet-friendly, and my two boys (18 and 7) have grown up around animals and love helping give visiting pets extra attention and affection. I understand how important it is to find someone you can fully trust with your pets, because I know firsthand that they truly are family. I take pride in creating a safe, loving, and comfortable environment where pets feel cared for, relaxed, and at home. Whether your dog loves playtime, cuddles, walks, or simply companionship, I’ll make sure they receive plenty of attention and care while you’re away. I can’t wait to meet and care for your furry family member! Pet care fits naturally into my daily routine. I am available for weekend boarding and can often accommodate weekday stays with advance notice. With a flexible schedule and a pet-friendly home, I have plenty of time to provide walks, playtime, cuddles, and individualized care. I treat every pet as if they were my own and strive to make their stay feel like a home away from home. Safety and comfort are my top priorities. I take time to learn each pet's routine, preferences, and any special needs before their stay so I can provide care that feels as familiar as possible. In my home, pets are treated like family and are never left without appropriate supervision for extended periods. I provide regular potty breaks, exercise, playtime, fresh water, meals according to their schedule, and plenty of affection. I understand that every pet is different, so I adjust my approach based on their personality and comfort level.
