Where they just know instinctually how to connect, and pet/pat, and sweet-talk an animal in the first moment of meeting them, so the animal can trust, and start relaxing. That offers peace of mind to us hectic pet parents. But get this! Somehow Yvonne also has that gift with people, too. I have not met a better communicator in this business. So… I guess in a nutshell, I highly highly highly recommend her. She’s my #1, and Cora’s #1. (Well, Cora loves her best, after me of course!)”
