About: I’ve taken care of a few neighborhood cats, all without picking them up, but finally got one of my own. She came to us with no human socialization, only having been in a room with her mom and siblings for her first 12 weeks with no view of the outside world, let alone the car we took her home in or the big dog she met early on. She’s now a cuddly, clean, some might say overly confidant (I catch her stalking neighbor dogs from time to time) lady!

About: Pet-sitting was my (Jill's) first business venture at the age of 7, when I would care for neighbors' dogs while they were away. Later I volunteered at the animal shelter, socializing nervous dogs and cats to prepare them for loving homes. You have our word they will! 🙏🏻 We're 100% dog people, and have an especially big place in our hearts for nervous or rescue dogs who are wary of strangers – as well as Velcro dogs who need extra assurance and love while away from family. You can be confident we'll carefully read your fur-baby for all communicative signals, and send frequent updates & pictures of your happy puppy. We both work from home and manage our own work schedules, so your pup will be spoiled with attention both day and night. We live in a quiet neighborhood that’s safe for walks, and if your pup likes adventures, we’d be happy to drive them to a park or to a dog-friendly business for extra sneefs. As parents of a terrier who didn’t meet a squirrel he wouldn’t chase, we’re extremely careful about double-checking doors and fence latches. He also had quite a sensitive tummy, so we’re used to specific feeding instructions - plus always scanning the floor for anything that shouldn’t be nibbled on, and keeping things out of reach. We're also comfortable with giving medication and getting creative (with your permission) with elaborate food-delivery theater so that doses stay on schedule. We know what's needed to help dogs with IVDD and other joint conditions get around, and in general, really empathize with any special considerations you have to keep in mind for your pup. We've probably been through it, too.

About: Growing up, my dad was allergic to anything with fur. Therefore, I had lizards, fish, birds and every stuffed animal under the sun. I always jumped at the opportunity to spend time with neighbor pets and would beg to give the dogs a bath (my neighbors loved me lol). At the age of 10 I got my first horse (who I still have, 16 years later) and at the age of 14 I got my first dog. He was a Catahoula named Kyser, and he was anything but easy! I lived out of state for 2 years, and during that time I worked at a veterinary clinic and did pet sitting for clients. I miss it! I work M-F 8am-4pm, so I am only available weekends for boarding (potential for weekdays depending on the dog/situation). I am available after work for drop ins or walks! I have a fenced yard with a large male dog named Ozzy. He loves little dogs and female large dogs. He is a bit standoffish with other large males so I am unable to watch them. I would rather play it safe. I would NEVER leave the dogs together unattended. Ozzy is crate trained and has his own room so stepping out of the house would not be an issue.

About: I have taken care of animals since I was a pre-teen, but fell in love with animal care fully in my junior year of high school, after I began volunteering at the Everett Animal Shelter. Since then, I have changed positions and worked as a post-surgery volunteer with PAWS, transporting and handling anesthetized animals after they underwent surgeries. This summer I am also interning at PAWS again, this time as a Foster Care Intern, where I manage the entire foster care system behind the scenes. Additionally, I have worked with large animals such as horses while volunteering, managed and milked dairy cattle, and took care of pigs as my job on the side. I will continue to grow my portfolio, as I am a Pre-Vet Animal Science major at Washington State University with the goal of becoming a veterinarian one day. I intern at paws from 8am-12pm on Sundays & Mondays, and 12-5pm on Thursdays, but other than that, I am free for walks, house sitting, or drop ins! Safety is extremely important during both house sitting & walks! For walks, I like to make sure dogs stay on the side of the sidewalk away from the road, as well as being properly harnessed and equipped with essential needs like poop bags and water incase of an emergency. I also keep a sharp eye out for other dogs to steer clear from unwanted interactions. Additionally, during house sitting, outside doors stay locked at all times, and your pet is watched 24/7. No escapes will happen on my watch! I am open to following any other rules, expectations or suggestions you have regarding your pet & house’s safety!

About: I've taken care of of family pets since at least 8 years old, I've trained puppies. Ive always loved animals and I've had Dogs, Cats, and Reptiles. I've never missed a feeding time for any of our pets. I make sure to feed our dogs in the morning and the night, or whatever schedule has been asked. But I have plenty of free time for playing with my animals. Well I love to walk so dogs always get enough exercise, and I make sure to groom my dogs monthly, and I make sure to feed all of my pets well enough.

About: My family loves dogs. We also know how hard it is to find care you can trust. We will send pictures when you are gone and give your dog lots of attention. We have both owned dogs our whole lives and are very familiar with all breeds. We signed up to be foster parents to shelter dogs, have administered medication and taken care of puppies and older dogs. We have one friendly yellow lab who is happy to welcome others into her home and play. We also have a two small children so we ask that your dogs be kid friendly. We are flexible, and can help in picking up and dropping off if nearby on certain days. If interested, please ask and we can try and coordinate. Please contact us! We would love to help you. We have a big yard for the dogs to run around and play in. We let them out whenever needed. Drop off and pick up times are flexible, but we ask that dogs are picked up or dropped off before 10pm. “Rebecca was great to communicate with and took such great care of our 1 year old yorkie puppy. Her family was so great with our dog too and golden retrievers were gentle and loving. She sent daily pictures and her family’s backyard is like an animal sanctuary which was all fenced in and clean. The most amazing part was our dog’s demeanor after was so calm and less anxious than stays with other sitters. Rebecca is our top choice in dog sitters! Thank you!”
