About: Hi! I’m a UW student and lifelong dog lover who genuinely enjoys spending time with dogs of all sizes and personalities. I’m patient, responsible, and active, so your dog will get plenty of attention, playtime, and walks. I understand it might be to trust someone with your pet, and I’ll make sure to keep you updated with photos and messages so you always know your dog is safe and happy. Able to lift heavy weights if needed. I also have a car to drive them to different parks to play if wanted. I’m currently a student at University of Washington and will be free from July to October. If your pet is at home alone when you’re out for vacation, I will be able to walk them, feet them, play with them for you. I make sure every pet feels safe, comfortable, and cared for while their owner is away. I follow each pet’s normal routine as closely as possible, including feeding schedules, walks, playtime, litter care, and any special instructions. I’m patient and attentive to different personalities, whether a pet is energetic, shy, or independent. I also provide regular photo updates so owners can feel relaxed knowing their pets are happy and in good hands.

The cats were able to roam and smell everything to get used to their temporary home before we left them for a week. Joy and Leo asked for detailed care instructions using a helpful questionnaire. I felt comfortable to ask all the questions needed to understand the boarding process and what we needed to provide for our week away. This, plus their kind, caring, cat-loving and attentive personalities made my husband and I ten times more comfortable leaving our babies for the first time with new people. We also received pictures and videos daily and updates about our babies' care. Joy and Leo asked questions as needed and told us any news about our babies. Matthew is a fantastic sitter! I was a little nervous about leaving my dog, Penny, but I felt pretty much at ease from our very first meeting. During the trip, he sent daily photos and updates which I really appreciated. You can tell they bonded because when it was time to go home, Penny was happy to see me but didn’t seem at all happy to leave! She got incredibly comfortable at his place. A huge bonus is that he only takes one dog at a time, which I think made the stay so much better for her. The way he took care of Penny makes me confident that I’ll be booking him again for my next trip.
Absolutely amazing experience! They were very communicative, and took the time and effort to really understand how to make our dog the happiest. Our dog has a habit of scavenging and picking up anything and everything he can get his mouth around, and they’ve worked with him to help him drop those habits and introduced new techniques we could use to help him still have fun outside on trails. We’ve used their services for both weekly dog walking and multi day boarding. They really show that they care about making sure our dog is happy and comfortable. Masumi is by far the most reliable and attentive sitter we've ever had! I truly don't think there's anyone who could take better care of any dogs! She paid close attention to every detail of my dog's care. She even adjusted her collar and switched her leash to ensure his safety, which gave me tremendous peace of mind. Her thoughtfulness and attention to detail were exceptional. My dog is a picky eater, so preparing her meals with various toppings can be a bit of a hassle, but she happily accommodated all of his needs. My dog also sometimes vomit, so I was worried about leaving her with someone new, but she did wonderfully under her care. Her entire family showered her with love and affection, and it was clear that she enjoyed spending so much time with them and playing with Apple. It truly felt like a loving home rather than just a boarding stay. It was a wonderful boarding experience from start to finish. I've already booked our next stay because I know I can leave my dog with Masumi with complete confidence and peace of mind!
Candra and her family are truly the best!! From the moment we dropped off our fur baby, we felt completely at ease. They treated him like part of their own family and gave him so much love, attention, and care. He’s a sassy German shepherd at times and they put up (and loved) all his drama! We got regular updates, videos, and photos, and could clearly see how happy and comfortable he was the entire time. They made our trip 100 times more enjoyable knowing our boy was having his own little vacation the entire time too! You can see Candra’s whole family’s genuine love for dogs through and through! 100% would recommend and will be booking again in the future!
Jiyeon took very good care of our dog. Our pup is older with some health issues, Jiyeon was able to accommodate and make her feel comfortable. She is very meticulous and will ask plenty of questions about care. She also handled the medication our dog needs. We were very happy with her thoroughness. She gave us multiple updates and sent pictures throughout each day we were away. We felt very comfortable with her taking care of our dog and plan to book with her again in the future!
This is our second time booking with Robin, and just like the first, she was absolutely incredible with Kenzo. Honestly, she's the best sitter we've had on Rover, hands down! I'll always pick her first. She went above and beyond yet again: keeping Kenzo active with regular walks and adventures, spoiling him with treats and even a pup cup, and making sure he felt safe and comfortable the whole time (including through a stormy night with fireworks!). Her communication is fantastic too, daily updates, photos, and sweet little check-ins that put our minds completely at ease. Kenzo clearly adores her and her family just as much as we do. It's such a relief knowing he's genuinely happy and loved while we're away. We'll keep coming back to Robin every time, she's simply the best!
