The space was clean, cozy, and dog-friendly, and Pan Pan was super responsive to my messages. What really impressed me was how attentive they were to Kiki’s feeding schedule, his quirky habit of needing a bedtime cuddle, and his absolute obsession with his tennis ball. Pan Pan made sure to play with it every day, which clearly made Kiki feel extra comfortable and happy. Angela was absolutely wonderful and truly came through for us during an incredibly stressful situation. We were out of the country when Milo’s previous sitter, A.J., suddenly demanded that we arrange for Milo to be picked up immediately. For three days, while we were trying to find replacement care from abroad, I was receiving repeated and increasingly stressful messages from A.J. demanding that Milo be picked up. Angela stepped in on very short notice and made sure she picked Milo up that very same day, finally bringing an end to what had become a nightmare for us. A.J. had described Milo as being very anxious and vocal, so we were naturally worried about how he would handle another sudden change. However, Angela did not experience the same issues with him. Milo settled in beautifully with her, and it was such a relief to see him happy and comfortable. Angela was kind, flexible, responsive, and incredibly caring. She kept us updated and gave us peace of mind while we were thousands of miles away. And as if she hadn’t already done enough, before we picked Milo up, she even gave him a little “spa” treatment so he came home squeaky clean! We will never forget how Angela stepped up when we desperately needed someone we could trust. We are incredibly grateful and would absolutely trust her with Milo again. Angela, you are a hero! Thank you for taking such wonderful care of Milo and for rescuing us from an incredibly stressful situation.
Alan was great with our senior chihuahua mix, even though our separation-anxious dog had an extra hard time adjusting to being boarded in an unfamiliar home. We appreciated all of the communication around this issue, and were reassured by the photos and videos Alan provided to show our dog eventually adjusted and was able to accept affection and relax a bit.
We have a dog with a unique set of problems, including shyness and difficulty adjusting to new environments. Tatiana handled these problems extremely well. Our dog felt at ease with the other two dogs in the group and Tatiana was patient with our dogs shyness. He warmed up to her very quickly.
Maryna and her husband were amazing to work with! This was my first time using Rover, so I wasn’t sure what to expect, but they made the whole experience easy and stress-free. They were great with communication, checked in regularly, and sent daily updates, which we really appreciated. They also made sure our pups got plenty of walks and lots of time to stop and sniff along the way. We’d definitely recommend them!

Lena was utterly awesome. She FaceTimed with me prior to booking so I could understand her setup. She sent daily updates on my kitty along with many photos. She took such great care of him, ensuring both he and her cats were safe, well fed, and cared for. I just know my cat loved her. Last, she was incredibly accommodating when pick up time caused delays and she ended up having him for 4 hours longer than she planned, which I'm so grateful for - not every sitter would do that. Last and just a bonus, she was so sweet to brush him every day. I'm sure grateful for her level of care for my baby. Would definitely recommend booking with her and I will book with her in the future if she's open to it!
Xiaomeng was absolutely wonderful! She took care of Cookie for 2.5 weeks, and we couldn’t have asked for a better sitter. She was incredibly kind, attentive, and caring, and it was obvious that Cookie felt comfortable and happy with her. Xiaomeng kept us updated with photos and videos throughout the stay, which gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. Leaving your dog for that long can be stressful, but knowing Cookie was in such good hands made it so much easier. We came home to a happy, well-cared-for dog who clearly had a great time. 🥰 We’re very grateful to Xiaomeng and would absolutely trust her with Cookie again. Highly recommend! ❤️🐶
