Fiona took wonderful care of my dog, Penny, during her stay. She was kind, attentive, and clearly committed to making sure Penny felt comfortable and safe. When our pickup was delayed due to an airport issue and an unexpected freeway closure, Fiona was incredibly accommodating and patient, which we truly appreciated after a long day of travel. She also showed genuine concern for Penny’s health and kept us informed, giving us peace of mind while we were away. Overall, Fiona provided excellent care, and we’re grateful for her flexibility and compassion.
