“If there were ten stars, I'd give Saraswati ten stars. Our cats are a bit difficult when they both want your attention but she made sure both played and ate every day. She sent pictures of the cats (them eating, playing, etc) and our automatic litter box and water fountain showing us that they both were okay. She went above and beyond to make sure both cats were comfy with her on her initial visit, as well as being clear on all care instructions and was always incredibly responsive. Although I missed my cats while I was on vacation, I never had to worry about their care. I strongly recommend her services!”

Ruolan was outstanding in her care of Jet. He's an extremely shy kitty, but she quickly ensured his trust. She followed all instructions to the letter, and had my kitty eating ALL of his food. She even went over and above to water my outdoor hanging plant. I would 100% have Ruolan again to take care of Jet!! She is truly a gem. 😀
Juniper was absolutely incredible! Our 9-month old pup was nervous about having a new person checking in, and it was his first time with longer bouts on his own, and Juniper was so incredibly patient and helpful. Made sure he was comfortable, was incredibly communicative through the whole process. We felt so at-ease and knew that he and our cat were in the very best hands. Honestly it's a shame there's only 5 stars available, Juniper went above and beyond what we ever could've expected.

My dog was instantly friends with Christian when he came over for the meet and greet, my dog isn’t always that friendly with new people so that was a good sign. Overall was great and sent pictures of my dog for each drop in visit. Have him booked again for my next trip and recommend!
This was our first time using Rover with Vera as our dog handler. Vera came by the house 3 times a day, walked Tasha each visit and sent photos and videos of their day and interactions. Hitha was great with our four cats, very friendly and they seemed comfortable around her. She listened to all special care needs and communicated well. She took our request on a last minute basis when we were going on a special trip out of town and a previous sitter didn’t work out, so she really saved us! Would highly recommend her services.
