I take pet safety and comfort very seriously. When visiting a client’s home, I always follow your instructions carefully — from feeding amounts to favorite toys and routines. I make sure doors are securely closed, litter boxes are clean, and pets get gentle attention and playtime. For dog walks, I keep pets on-leash at all times and choose safe, quiet routes around Redmond. My goal is to make every visit stress-free and enjoyable for your pets while keeping your home and furry friends safe.

Ruolan was the sweetest person and the greatest pet sitter we’ve had!! GREAT communication and tons of updates/photos. Medication, grooming, clean up, play time… She really went above and beyond what was asked and expected. This was our first time using Rover or any pet service and Ruolan was so incredible both with her last minute flexibility and great photo and text updates about our cat while we were gone! Our cat is usually shy around new people but warmed right up to her! We highly recommend her and will definitely be using her again!
My first time using Rover and I am absolutely impressed by the service provided by Ruolan. The biggest surprise for me was Ruolan sincerely cares about the wellbeing of my senior cat - both physically and mentally. While we were away, we were unware that Seattle was going through a heat wave and Ruolan proactively brought it up and helped us turning on the AC and spent tons of time keeping my cat entertained. Ruolan is also an amazing communicator, we were worried about leaving our cat at home initially but Ruolan's trustworthiness wiped out our anxiety. Thanks Ruolan! 100% recommend her and we will be booking with her again!
Caroline took great care of Melon. She followed all of our instructions, kept us updated, and spent extra time playing with Melon and brushing her. Melon is usually very shy around new people, but she got comfortable with Caroline so quickly (how great she is with cats☺️). We came home to a happy, relaxed cat who barely seemed to notice we had been gone 🤣! I would absolutely book with Caroline again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and caring cat sitter. I’ll definitely be recommending her to my friends too!

Ruolan was amazing! She came for a meet and greet with our two cats, sent plenty of pictures and videos while we were away, and made us feel so at ease with how much our cats warmed up to her. She truly loves animals and it shows.

Schedule
I train for triathlons, so I’m very active and spend a lot of time outdoors. Since I don’t have a full-time job right now, my schedule is very flexible — I can easily fit in dog walks, drop-in visits, or cat care throughout the day. Whether it’s morning, afternoon, or evening, I can adjust to your pet’s routine and make sure they’re happy and well cared for.
