She responded promptly and arranged a meet-and-greet ahead of time to meet us and Hacker, which immediately gave us confidence. During the visit, she carefully asked about Hacker’s daily routines, feeding preferences, and any additional tasks needed for each visit. We told her that besides changing the water and refilling dry cat food, it would be great if she could also give him a lick-able cat treat and 10–12 pieces of cat's multivitamin each time. She took detailed notes and made sure everything was clear. Throughout the week we were away, Yihua did an outstanding job. She not only took wonderful care of Hacker and spent time playing with him, but also sent us plenty of photos and short videos, which really reassured us while we were out. Juniper was absolutely incredible! Our 9-month old pup was nervous about having a new person checking in, and it was his first time with longer bouts on his own, and Juniper was so incredibly patient and helpful. Made sure he was comfortable, was incredibly communicative through the whole process. We felt so at-ease and knew that he and our cat were in the very best hands. Honestly it's a shame there's only 5 stars available, Juniper went above and beyond what we ever could've expected.
My dog was instantly friends with Christian when he came over for the meet and greet, my dog isn’t always that friendly with new people so that was a good sign. Overall was great and sent pictures of my dog for each drop in visit. Have him booked again for my next trip and recommend!
