“Highly recommended! We reached out to Yihua to see if she could take care of Hacker, while we were away on a business trip. She responded promptly and arranged a meet-and-greet ahead of time to meet us and Hacker, which immediately gave us confidence. During the visit, she carefully asked about Hacker’s daily routines, feeding preferences, and any additional tasks needed for each visit. We told her that besides changing the water and refilling dry cat food, it would be great if she could also give him a lick-able cat treat and 10–12 pieces of cat's multivitamin each time. She took detailed notes and made sure everything was clear. Throughout the week we were away, Yihua did an outstanding job. She not only took wonderful care of Hacker and spent time playing with him, but also sent us plenty of photos and short videos, which really reassured us while we were out. When we returned home, Hacker was in great condition. It was obvious he had been very well cared for. We will definitely be reaching out to Yihua again for pet sitting in the future!”

Juniper is without a doubt, absolutely amazing and I highly recommend her!!! My precious girl, Ellie, is a rescue and I’ll admit I was very wary of leaving her in the care of a pet sitter. But Juniper blew both of us away! We initially did a meet and greet, during which Juniper listened intently, took notes, and asked helpful questions. Juniper took the time to actually get to know Ellie. She was very attentive and respectful of Ellie’s boundaries, but also very kind. Ellie warmed up to her very quickly! During her visits with Ellie, she took photos and kept me updated on how she was doing. She played with ellie, had some lap dog time, gave her treats, cleaned up after her, and filled up her water bowls. Last but not least, Juniper left a cute doodle of Ellie. I mean how great can you get! I quite literally had no worries at all during Juniper’s visits. Seeing my Ellie so happy was so amazing and I’m so grateful for Juniper. Emma did a wonderful job caring for my cats! This is the second year I’ve found Emma to take care of my cats while I’m on vacation, and I’ve been very happy with her care both times. She was reliable, attentive, and made sure they had plenty of food and fresh water, while also keeping their litter boxes clean. She gave Griffin lots of love and attention, and was patient with shy Maple, who eventually felt comfortable enough to let her pet her. I really appreciated the thoughtful updates throughout her visits and knowing the cats were well cared for. Emma was also very considerate about securing the key and letting us know everything was in order before we returned. I would definitely recommend Emma and would be happy to have her care for my pets again!
