About: I do not know what a home is without a pet! I have always had at least one pet in my household since I was born. Currently, I have a miniature Australian shepherd that I raised and trained from a puppy. Additionally, I have a college degree in Animal Science and previously worked in the veterinary field for 4 years. I have experience with all sorts of dogs and cats but also livestock and exotics. I have worked with everything from newborn puppies to chickens to primates. I am extremely passionate about training as well as making sure pets have the mental and physical enrichment they deserve. I am currently working hybrid so my availability is mostly weekends and before/after work visits but I have the flexibility to work with you. I am joined Rover because I just love animals and it really feels like a hobby to get to meet new pets rather than a job. I have a small fenced in backyard and a miniature Australian shepherd to keep your pet company. If your pet is more solitary; Theo is more than happy to give them their space and we can provide a gated separate area for your pet. In your house, things are done your way. I prefer detailed instructions so that your home is exactly how you would like it when you come back. Additionally, allowing me to follow your set routine ensures your pet is as happy as can be when you come home. No request is too weird for your fur-baby! My own pet has lots of quirks and weird routines so do not hesitate to reach out with a special request!

About: I've loved and cared for animals for as long as I can remember. I grew up with cats and I got and trained my dog when I was 11. I tried to train my cats too but that didn't go quite so well. In middle school through college, I started pet sitting around the neighborhood and for family friends. My own dogs were medium sized, but I do have experience taking care of larger dogs. I also have experience with kittens, old cats and dogs, and other animals from rats to horses! I fostered cats, adopted a rescue dog, and work with rescue horses so I'm also used to working with more timid animals. I take any chance I get to hang out with animals. I also love pet photography, so if you're interested let me know. I don't have pets now, but I'll love yours like my own! I currently work a flexible hybrid lab job. I can schedule my work to be around to check on your pets, and am also around on weekends. Reach out to me and we can figure out something that works! I'll care for your pets however you normally do to keep their schedules consistent, from home check-ins and pet sitting to walks around the neighborhood. About: I’ve been around dogs since I was 9, when I got my first labrador pup🐶 and completely fell in love with taking care of animals. Ever since then, I’ve been the go-to person for friends and family whenever they need someone to walk, play with, or watch their pets. I really enjoy making every pet feel safe, happy, and cared for — just like they’re part of my own family. I currently work remotely, which gives me plenty of free time to spend with pets. I love being able to plan my days around walks, playtime, and cuddles, so your pet will always get lots of attention and care. I live in a cozy apartment with access to two spacious terraces and plenty of nearby green space. Our complex is right next to a couple of parks and lots of walking trails, so there’s no shortage of room for your furry friend to play, explore, and stretch their legs. Outside of work I have plenty of time before/after for long walks. I do have my own dog and love going to the dog park. Based on you and your pets comfort levels I am happy to go to a dog park, or just come by for a drop in, whatever is needed. I personally take my dog to the off leash dog park at least once a day, but often twice if the weather permits. We do a lot of on leash walking through our neighborhood as well. My home is typically pretty quiet inside. Every morning we go to the park to get zoomies and big energy out, so when we're home for the day/I leave for work the focus is sleeping and not getting into trouble.
