I’m a huge animal lover and a proud cat mom to a 4-year-old British Shorthair boy. I offer drop-in visits for cats and dogs. I started on Rover in 2025 and have already cared for 60+ cats, each with their own unique personality. I am great at following care instructions and handling cats with varying temperaments — from playful and social to shy and independent. I love bringing them new toys to play with and taking cute pictures of them! I’m patient, attentive, and always make sure every pet feels safe, comfortable, and loved. I’d be so happy to meet and care for your furry baby! 🐾

My cats really love Jiaxin! More than most sitters! Unfortunately she was not always timely or communicative. She told me that she would be doing her visits around 2pm each day. On the first day of our booking, she waited until 5:30pm to visit. She needed to pick up a key from the leasing office to get access to our apartment, and they closed at 6. The leasing office staff was not at the desk because they were conducting a tour. I was worried she wasn’t going to be able to get access to feed my kitties. I was in Europe, frantically making phone calls and scrambling to get her access to our building very late into the night due to the time zone. I asked her to keep me updated about the key pickup that night, but by the next day I still had not heard if she had successfully picked up the key. The rest of the visit was okay. I wrote in my instructions that the litter robot should be emptied on Sunday. On Monday I could see that it was not done. I sent a reminder and she did take care of it at her next visit. She is also an excellent cat photographer! She got some amazing action shots of my cats playing.
Very nice and friendly! She took care of my cat very well. She always pet the cat and play with them until they satisfied. She is attentive to the cat needs and always write down detailed feedback to me on the everyday card. Definitely will book again with her in the future.
Jiaxin was absolutely wonderful! She took such great care of Dante while I was away. She was incredibly kind and always very quick to respond to my messages. She came by to visit Dante, made sure he was fed, played with him, and was diligent about giving him his asthma medication. She also sent me several updates and photos, which gave me such peace of mind. I actually have another trip planned for November, and if she's available, I would definitely love to book her again. Highly recommended!

Schedule
I am currently working part time and have a flexible schedule, both weekdays and weekends! I would prefer the booking times to be between 9am and 9pm.
