Dog-sitting gives me joy
I provide one-on-one (or in some cases, when I know for sure both dogs are friendly, one-on-two) pet care because I really like getting to know the dogs I watch and want to make sure they have my attention as much as possible. I send photos every day (perhaps too many!) because I want to ensure the owners that their pets are having a blast! I had dogs all of my life until my last Bichon Frise passed away in 2012. Since then, I’ve really enjoyed dog sitting for family and friends. I have a lovely home with a high-fenced yard that dogs seem to love. I enjoy incorporating dogs into my lifestyle with things like taking them to cafes or dog-friendly patios when the weather is nice, so I really prefer dogs who are friendly with other dogs. I hope you’ll entrust me with your beloved pet!

Rochelle took great care of Penelope and gave us so many updates showing how happy she was. She has a beautiful house and yard and I know Penelope had a blast. Will definitely look to Rochelle again for future needs.
Rochelle looked after our dog, Ripley, while we were away on vacation. Ripley loved being around Rochelle. We got daily updates and photos. Absolutely recommend as a pet sitter and will use her services again!
Rochelle was so caring and warm. She took such amazing care of my dog, with the utmost attention to detail. She never had more than 2 dogs in her care at once so I felt like my dog was extremely well loved. She took him out on walks and excursions so he had a lot of fun outside the home too.
We had a wonderful experience with Rochelle caring for our Sylvia, for a full week. It gave us so much peace of mind knowing she was in such caring and capable hands while we were away. Rochelle kept us updated with regular messages and photos, and it was clear Sylvia was happy, comfortable, and well cared for. When we picked her up, she was relaxed, healthy, and clearly had been given plenty of love and attention.
Rochelle was a wonderful sitter for our pup Loki! She was communicative, kind and made sure Loki was cared for and loved during the stay. We would hire Rochelle in a heart beat for another dog sitting stay!

Schedule
I’m retired from being a CPA and I love to care for dogs in my spare time. I don’t have a regular daily routine, so watching pets is easy for me.

Safety, trust & environment
I care for pets in my home. I have a nice home with a beautiful fenced yard in a safe, clean community. Dogs also seem to like my artificial turf that I had put in specifically for my own dog.
A typical day
I am happy to be as active or inactive as your dog prefers. I'm happy to play fetch, take them for walks, or just hang around the house. I also love taking dogs on mini-excursions to dog-friendly cafes, wineries, etc.
