Jeehyun and family were incredible! They sent pictures and videos every day. I could see all the interaction Lexi had with the kids and Jeehyun. She sent frequent messages letting us know how Lexi was doing. For a dog that has some separation anxiety, she was very well loved. I would definitely use Jeehyun again.
We have been clients of Carolyne for over ten years! We actually plan our trips around her availability and have even decided against a trip or two because she was not available. One of our dogs is a senior who has lost his hearing and our other dog is a rescue who is terrified of people -- but not Carolyne! They have the best time visiting with her and we have peace of mind when we travel knowing they are in the best care possible.
Rachael was amazing with Polo! She sent lots of cute photos and updates, and it was clear he was having a great time. Mango is such a sweet dog, and the two of them got along so well. They went hiking, visited parks, and had lots of fun together. We really appreciated all the love and care she gave Polo and would happily book with her again!
Natalia was so great at taking care of Tofu while we were out of town!! She was communicative and sent a toooon of pictures, I had no doubt that his stay was going well, and it was so nice to see that she spent a lot of time just playing with him and giving him attention.
