Since he had never interacted with cats before, Ai introduced them gradually. She also has a separate space for the cats, which helped make the introductions safe and stress-free. She took our dog on regular walks, kept us updated with pictures, and was communicative and incredibly flexible the entire time. Yuliia was absolutely wonderful with Rudi! From the very beginning, she was incredibly warm, communicative, and attentive, and it was so clear how genuinely she and her family cared for him. She sent us lots of photos and videos throughout his stay, and Rudi looked so happy, relaxed, and completely at home with them. It gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. By the end of his stay, it honestly felt like he had become part of their family! We came home to a very happy pup. We feel so lucky to have found Yuliia and would absolutely trust her with Rudi again. I can’t recommend her enough!
I trust Charmaine with our pup - she’s kind and loving with the dogs, has a very large and secure backyard for them to play in, is very responsive, and is utterly responsible. Most of all, our dog has a blast at Charmaine‘s and is always excited when we arrive and he sees where we are. That says a lot!
Absolutely amazing! Alex, Sarah, and Odin took incredibly care of Indy! I got consistent updates with photos and recaps of her days. Picking up a very happy and relaxed pup was the perfect ending of my trip! I can tell she had a great time! Thank you all so very much again!
Ailyn took wonderful care of George. This was my first time using Rover and I was nervous about the process, but the moment we met Ailyn for our meet and greet I knew my pup was in amazing hands. Had another excellent stay with Jan and Elena! Our dog clearly enjoys her time with them every stay - she’s always excited to see them at drop off, gets tons of play time and love while she’s there, and comes back happy and tired (the perfect combination)! Will be booking again for our next trip!
Xiaoke took excellent care of Winston and was very dialed into his needs. We communicated via text a couple times during each day. She had a couple of obstacles to contend with (change the food as one was not delivered as expected) and handled it very well. Winston was playful, clean, and happy when he got home. I highly recommend Xiaoke for boarding.

Luke and family were an awesome place for Aggie, my dog, to stay. She was there for 9 days. Luke sent pictures and video to let me know how she was doing.
