He was caring, empathetic, and sensitive to our situation. He made our dog feel at loved and at ease during the entire stay. We felt so comfortable knowing what was going on throughout the day as Mark would send us pictures and updates. Mark left our home in amazing condition. “Fox was incredible with our two dogs while we were away for the weekend. She communicated well and spent lots of time with them, going above and beyond to care for our aging dog who developed an upset stomach the day before we left for our trip. Our younger dog can be reactive on his leash but she handled it like a pro and made sure he had plenty of exercise. We came home to a clean home, and two calm & happy dogs! “Joshua was so incredible with our two big dogs over a long weekend. He came over to meet the dogs twice before the sit to make sure they felt comfortable with him. They immediately loved him and he made us feel confident they would be on good hands while we were away. He kept us updated and sent pictures the whole time. We know our dogs are a handful (reactive, prey driven), but he never made us feel like they were too much. Cannot thank him enough and are so lucky we found him!”
