“Beau went so far past above and beyond that they’ll need to find a new phrase. They felt the full brunt of Murphy’s law and handled it with incredible professionalism, compassion, and good humor. Our huge puppy took every chance to play the rebellious teenager while we were out of town, and I can’t believe this is a sentence I’m writing, but Beau was carpenter as well as animal caregiver as they repaired a surprise gap in our fence after going on a wild dog chase around the neighborhood. It’s obvious that Beau loves animals and takes their job very seriously. I don’t know how they had time to tidy the house, do laundry, and empty the dishwasher while chasing our monster around during his various joy rides, but they did. 100/10, would insist you hire them.”

“My experience with Gymi “Alix” was absolutely wonderful, and I highly recommend her for any house-sitting needs especially if you have a skittish or people-selective dog. She was amazing with my pups and kept me updated with pictures and videos, which gave me so much peace of mind. I usually feel a lot of guilt and worry when leaving them for vacation, but I didn’t worry at all while she was there. My chihuahua is especially skittish around new people and won’t even let some family members touch him, so I was beyond relieved (and honestly shocked) when Alix sent me videos of him sitting on her lap and asking for snuggles. That alone speaks volumes about how patient and gentle she is. She also took great care of my chickens, was incredibly respectful of my home, and actually left it better than she found it. Alix is a genuinely great person, and I truly couldn’t recommend her enough.”

Kory was great at house sitting our two bug pups for a week! Kory followed the instructions we provided, sent us daily detailed updates and photos of how the dogs were doing, and left the house clean and tidy for our return. This is our third time having Kristy stay at our home to care for our dog. She is always very communicative, takes care of our house very well and sends plenty of updates. She follows all our instructions and archie is always so happy to see her so we know she takes good care of him every time she comes to stay! Our dog is a high needs pet and takes multiple medications a day (at times not easily) and Kristy always does her best to get him to take the meds, even going out of her way to offer different “pill pocket” options to make sure he takes them on schedule. We feel at ease leaving our dog with Kristy because we know he’s in good hands :)
This was our third time having Jeanne stay with our cat, but the first time we left her for two weeks, and we honestly couldn't have asked for a better experience. Jeanne is incredibly attentive and just seems to get it. She notices the little things, asks questions when something doesn't seem right, and sent us pictures and updates every day. Our cat is very demanding and likes a lot of attention and playtime, and Jeanne was great about spending a lot of time with her and keeping her company. More than anything, she understands what it means to leave a pet you love with someone else. Having someone who understands that and keeps us updated without us having to ask made it so much easier to be away. She's also extremely respectful of our home and always leaves everything clean and exactly as she found it. We ended up needing to extend our stay by a night at the last minute, and she was flexible and stayed an extra night. We're really happy we found Jeanne and will absolutely ask her to house sit for our kitty again.
Kaitlin took great care of Sully and Mia while we were away! She was thorough, asked all the right questions upfront, and communicated really well throughout the stay.
