Kim took great care of my pets while I was away. My dog and cat were happy, healthy, and clearly well cared for when I returned home. She was also incredibly helpful when our travel plans were disrupted by a cancelled flight and graciously adjusted her schedule to stay later than originally planned, which I really appreciated. We did have a small miscommunication about overnight care expectations during the stay, but once we discussed it, it was resolved quickly and professionally. Overall, I appreciated her flexibility, communication, and care for my pets, and I'm grateful for the support she provided during an unexpectedly stressful travel situation.
Maya was extremely attentive to our dogs. She provided consistent updates, was communicative with us, and sent lots of photo updates through the day. We have a dog with a lot of medical issues and she was able to administer the drugs to her, no problem. We have another dog that has lots of separation anxiety and Maya was willing to stay with her for most of the day. We came back to a tidied up house. We appreciate Maya and we hope to be able to use her in the future.
Vika was wonderful! She house-sat and watched my dog, Winston, for 5 nights and did a fantastic job. She was incredibly communicative throughout the stay and left my home in perfect condition. Melanie took such great care of our cat Lilly and our fish. She sent pictures daily and spent time getting to know our shy kitty. Lilly is hesitant to meet new people, but within a few visits she was snuggling Melanie. It was such a blessing to know our cat and fish were getting attention and love during our 3 week vacation. Melanie truly has a strong connection with pets of all kinds and I am so thankful for her compassion and thoughtfulness in care.
