Where do I start? We met Heather for a meet and greet before the house sitting. Our girls immediately loved her. She graciously agreed to watch our two senior girls over the 4th of July and both of the them are terrified of fireworks. She cared for them and loved them just like we would have. Her willingness to accommodate to their fears, needs and special accommodations was such a relief while we were out of town. When we returned, our house was spotless and the girls well loved. Maya was extremely attentive to our dogs. She provided consistent updates, was communicative with us, and sent lots of photo updates through the day. We have a dog with a lot of medical issues and she was able to administer the drugs to her, no problem. We have another dog that has lots of separation anxiety and Maya was willing to stay with her for most of the day. We came back to a tidied up house. Katlyn and Ashley were wonderful sitters for my pups! They stepped in for their first sit on very short notice and took care of the pups as if they were their own. I have a senior that requires extra care and they were so patient with her, and my younger one had an upset tummy for a bit and they were very attentive to make sure she felt better quickly. I am so appreciative of their help and the house was just as I left it!
Nathan was very patient with our pup who is very shy and timid at first. He sometimes takes days to open up, but Nathan was great in giving updates on just small progress while we were on our trip. Our pup enjoyed nice, long walks and we came back to a very clean home! We will definitely be contacted Nathan again in the future!
