1. Kaitlyn & Sheri M.
“Kaitlyn was amazing!!!! We, and most importantly, our dogs loved her at the meet and greet. While we were gone, she sent us a report card every day along with pictures and videos. From the pictures, I could tell our dogs were happy. They are a bit slow to warm up to new people, but they were cuddling in her lap. At the end of the stay, she left our house spotlessly clean. I look forward to booking her again in the future and would absolutely refer her to friends.”
2. Susan J.
“Susan was great with Cassie and Coco! She was interested in providing the best care for them and made sure to ask questions about all their needs ahead of time. She also sent frequent updates while we were away :)”
3. Mark G.
“Mark was FANTASTIC! We really can not recommend him enough. Mark house sat our 3.5 year old German Shepherd/Red Heeler mix dog, Fletcher, for 9 nights. Fletch has some anxiety when we go out of town, and also takes a bit to warm up to new people. After an initial meet-and-greet with Mark, we felt very comfortable leaving Fletcher in his care. We did a (paid) walk/hang out again before our trip to help them acclimate a bit more. Mark was wonderful with Fletcher the whole time we were gone, being patient with Fletch while he got used to the new situation. Mark quickly became buddies with Fletcher and had excellent communication, sending us daily updates as requested. He was flexible when Fletcher resisted walks, pivoting with the situation and going out of his way to get him the daily exercise he needed. He even bought Fletcher a new favorite ball because he knew how happy and comfortable it made him. He went above and beyond! Mark also took great care of our house and left it in excellent shape. All around a wonderful experience, and we will definitely be calling on Mark again for future trips. You should too!”
4. Michelle A.
“Having Michelle watch our furbabies made all the difference for a peace of mind during our week-long vacation out of the country! This was our first time leaving our 11-month-old puppy, and we were a bit nervous on how he would do. It was so reassuring and uplifting to get Michelle's twice daily updates with LOTS of photos! It made us feel like he was getting his own puppy vacation! Not only did she do the necessary care, but she gave him so much play time and snuggles, took him to a dog park almost daily, and worked on leash training with him. Even our grumpy 9-year-old cat was warming up to her. The cherry on top was coming home to clean sheets in the dryer for us, and a spotless house. House. She was even able to take our garbage bins out and do mail checks for us. Needless to say, we will be booking Michelle many more times!!”
5. Holly R.
“Holly took great care of our pup and our home while we were out of town. She was clearly very attentive to him and sent lots of updates throughout each day. We were able to relax and enjoy the trip knowing he was very well cared for!”
6. Carina M.
“Carina did an amazing job caring for our cat and home. We hired her for a week of housesitting/overnight stays. She was trustworthy, reliable and communicative. She sent us daily photos of our kitty, kept our large garden watered and, in general, went above and beyond our expectation. We returned to a happy kitty and a clean house thanks to Carina. We will definitely be hiring her again.”
7. Mark M.
“Mark is an amazing sitter - he looked after our high-energy Border Collie mix for two weeks and she was almost sorry to see us come home! He even watered our house plants while we were away, which we had not thought to ask. He's a great human being and formed an instant bond with our dog, so we knew she was in good hands.”
8. Joseph O.
“Joe and Maya took incredible care of our 2 dogs and chickens!! We received daily updates with beautiful pictures. The pups were happy and tired when we got back home. We'll definitely book again!”
9. Annie B.
“Annie!!!! Thank you for all you did to help us during our wedding. You took care of our pup and that gave us so much comfort knowing he was in your trusting hands. Thank you ❤️”
10. Adonna S.
“Absolutely fantastic! Took excellent care of the cats and the house, sent many amazing pictures--including a couple that are better than any I've managed to take of the boys so far!--easy to work with, thorough, and conscientious. Would *definitely* book with Adonna again, and heartily recommend!”
11. Cristina G.
“Christina is conscientious, attentive to detail and the very best cat sitter I have ever had. My Maine Coon is a social cat who craves/ requires attention. Christina played, cuddled and provided great care for my cat in our home. Her communication was excellent including sending pictures throughout her stay. Christina made my trip worry free and I came home to a spotless house!”
12. Saint N.

14. Chelsea & Jordan F.
“Chelsea and Jordan did a great job taking care of my pup. Sent lots of photos of them having a fun time and were very responsive. Also left my house clean and in great shape. Thank you!”
15. Kory H.
“We had a wonderful experience with Kory house sitting our Great Pyrenees mix and 2 cats while we were out of town for 4 days. We’ve had negative experiences with other sitters in the past and Kory was nice enough to do multiple meets before the actual stay, which put us at ease. Kory provided daily in depth updates and pictures every day. Despite our dog being a handful on walks, Kory walked him every day and sent us the sweetest videos of him playing in the yard. He left our home in pristine shape and everyone was very well taken care of. We already have Kory booked for more stays this year and are thrilled to have found a permanent sitter for our fur babies 🥰”
16. Alexander F.
“Alex is an exceptional pet-sitter. He is very good with my dog. He left my home very tidy. We enjoyed getting pics and updates often. I really appreciate him and have had him pet-sit twice.”
17. Lesli N.
“We were in a bind as our last dog sitter wasn't available on short notice. I tried Rover on a friend recommendation and found Lesli right away as a good fit for a sleepover dog/house sitter. My dog Monkey has a lot of separation anxiety and is an extreme one-person dog. She was willing to come over and meet my dog (I wanted him to get familiar with her as she would be arriving after we'd left the house). Her calm attitude and respect for his boundaries was evident right away and I knew she would provide a positive experience for him. Lesli arrived on schedule, provided daily updates and pics as requested, and seemed to connect with Monkey very quickly. So very capable and good natured about a dog that probably started out barking at her for hours. Left the house cleaner than I probably left it to her! NOTE: Leslie also had to put up with a house in disarray as we are in midst of construction with a lot of stuff still in boxes. She was good natured about that too.”
18. Laney A.
“We took a week long trip and Laney took great care of our 4yr old corgi as well as did a great job of housesitting while we were away. She met with us twice prior to our trip and was great about communication and sending pictures and videos while we were away, which gave us great assurance that he was being well cared for. When we got home, our dog was so happy to see us and the house was in great shape, mail on our entry table and boxes delivered while away were brought inside. Very pleased!”
19. Eileen K.
“Eileen was wonderful with our dog Scooter. This was the first time we have left our boy with a Rover sitter overnight and we couldn’t have had a better experience. Eileen is reliable and clearly loves dogs. Our guy isn’t easy but she found the soft side of him and hopefully enjoyed her stay just as much as Scooter seemed to. Will definitely rebook!”
20. Branden A.
“We love when Branden watches our dogs! He is so communicative, sends pictures to show that they’re happy pups, and always takes them on walks. He’s fantastic and our go-to dog sitter. He’s very dependable and that’s very important when choosing someone you trust to watch your pup.”
