About: Hi there! I’m an experienced, animal-loving pet sitter based in Edmonds, WA. I’ve just moved back to the area after 15 wonderful years living abroad in Africa and Europe, and I’m currently figuring out my next step. In the meantime, I’m doing pet care full-time, which means I have lots of flexibility and time to give your pets the attention they deserve. I’ve been a lifelong dog and cat owner and was the trusted sitter for expat families while living abroad. I’m comfortable with pets of all kinds—dogs, cats, puppies, kittens, seniors, and those with special needs. I offer a full range of services: dog walking, drop-in visits, overnight stays, and doggy daycare (in your home, not mine). I’m calm, patient, and deeply respectful of your home and your pet’s needs. Your pet’s comfort and safety are always my top priorities. I’ll follow their routine, shower them with love and attention, and keep you updated with messages and photos while you're away. Let’s connect—I’d love to meet you and your furry (or feathered!) family! Pet care is my main focus right now, and I’ve set aside time every day to be available for the pets and families I work with. I’m available weekdays and weekends, including mornings, afternoons, and evenings, and I can commit to overnight stays as well. Because I’m not juggling other jobs or commitments, I have the flexibility to provide consistent, attentive care throughout the week, whether it’s regular walks, drop-in visits, or longer stays. I care for pets in their own home, where they’re most comfortable and settled. I stick to their usual routine—whether that’s feeding, walks, medication, or just keeping them company throughout the day. I do my best to make things feel normal and stress-free while you’re away. I also treat your home with care and respect, keeping things tidy and secure. Whether it’s a quick visit or an overnight stay, I make sure your pet gets the attention and comfort they need.
“Weronika saved us with her fast response time and help. We were in an RV park and the electrical went out making the air turn off. Got help from the park to fix so we could get air back on but i needed someone to check on them and make sure they could go to the bathroom since we were late to get back. So grateful and thank you Weronika.”

About: I love being around animals. I have had many pets through the years, including dogs and cats. Also, guinea pigs, rabbits, hens, parakeets, and a pony. I have fed, walked, trained, groomed, cleaned up after, and medicated them as needed. I have a calm demeanor which helps them to build trust with me easily. I am entering into semi-retirement. I have lots of time and energy throughout the week to care for your pets. Contact me directly regarding your needs. I am able to care for your pets in your home within 10 miles of Edmonds. At my house I have 2 cats and a nice back yard area. It is an easy place to walk dogs, etc. If you need your pet/pets to come to my house, they would need to be okay with the resident cats.
“Janelle did a great job with our kitties! She sent us detailed updates and spent a lot of time playing with them. She also kept us updated with our house and brought in our packages. I definitely recommend her and will book her again for any future pet sitting”

About: 🐾 Loving Dog Sitting for Hypoallergenic Breeds 🐾 Specializing in Yorkshire Terriers & Small Breeds With over 20 years of experience caring for Yorkshire Terriers, I provide personalized, attentive dog-sitting services in a calm, loving home—perfect for small, hypoallergenic breeds. I am a stay-at-home mom, and my husband works remotely, so there is normally always someone home. While my family enjoys spending time with our furry guests, all care, supervision, and responsibility remain with me as the sole caretaker. During their stay, your dog will receive plenty of cuddles, attention, and love, becoming a temporary part of our family while you are away—so you can truly relax knowing they are in caring hands. We currently share our home with Thor, our sweet 8-year-old Yorkie. Thor is a rescue who came to us after surviving neglect in a puppy mill. When he first arrived, he was malnourished and fearful, often reacting with fear-based aggression. With time, patience, and consistent love, he has blossomed into a friendly, affectionate companion. My journey with Thor—and with my two Yorkies before him, who lived long lives to ages 15 and 16—has given me deep experience with special needs, senior care, and dogs working through fear or trauma. For the past decade, I’ve also provided dog-sitting services for neighbors, friends, and family. I understand the unique needs and personalities of small, hypoallergenic dogs and create a safe, structured, and loving environment where each pup feels at home. What I Offer: - 20+ years of hands-on experience with Yorkies & small breeds - Gentle, compassionate approach, with expertise in seniors, special needs, and fear-based behaviors - Ability to administer medication and/or special diets as needed - Safe, hypoallergenic-friendly, smoke-free home - Daily walks (as your pup is able) and enrichment activities - Bath upon arrival to help your dog feel fresh and comfortable - Daily face and paw clean-ups - Regular updates and photos upon request Every dog in my care is treated like a cherished member of our family, with consistency, patience, and love. If you’re looking for a sitter who understands the quirks, joys, and special needs of small, hypoallergenic breeds, I’d love to connect and make sure we’re the perfect fit for your pup! Pet care is a natural part of my daily life. I currently have an 8-year-old Yorkshire Terrier, so my routine already includes feeding, daily walks, grooming, and quality time with him. I’m used to structuring my day around a pet's needs—whether it’s scheduled potty breaks, cleaning up, giving medications, or just making time for cuddles and play. On a weekly basis, I include grooming tasks like bathing, ear cleaning, and laundry for pet bedding. Because I’ve been dog-sitting for over 10 years, I’m also accustomed to adjusting my routine to meet the unique needs of each dog I care for—whether they need more walks, quiet time, or special attention. Overall, pet care isn’t something I “fit in”—it’s part of how I live every day. In My Home: In my home, your hypoallergenic pet(s) are cared for like part of the family. I'm a stay-at-home mom, and my husband works from home, so there’s always someone present to give your pet the attention they need. I follow your pet’s routine closely, including feeding times, potty breaks, medications, and any specific needs they may have. We go on daily walks, enjoy playtime throughout the day, and have plenty of time for snuggles and relaxation. I also have a sweet 8-year-old Yorkie who is calm and friendly with other dogs, offering a gentle companion if your pet is social. My goal is to create a safe, loving, and structured environment where your pet can feel right at home.
About: My whole life I have always been involved with caring for animals. I have had 9 cats through out my life, loving every single one for who they are. I started caring for my cats at a very young age, from giving them medicine, feeding them morning and night, playing with them, changing their litter box, and giving them lots of attention and love. I also have been caring for my dog for four years now, taking her on daily walks, bathing her, as well as driving her to and from doggy day care. I have always loved animals, in the summer of 2020 I was involved with PAWS for teens. PAWS is an animal shelter in Lynnwood. I came up with an information pamphlet about cancer in cats, and presented it infront of my peers. I also now continue to volunteer at PAWS helping animals as much as I can. Right now I am a senior in high school. I currently do running start at college, leaving me plenty of free time to take care of your animals! I work part time for the Everett Aqua Sox, because they are a baseball team and they travel there are 1-2 weeks where I do not work and I am very available for pet care! When I am scheduled for work it is in the evening, and I am only scheduled for 3-4 shifts per home stand. I currently take care of my 3 cats and 1 dog at home by cleaning up after them, including the litter box, changing their water, feeding them, playing with them, giving them lots of love and attention. I drive my dog to and from doggy day care very regularly as well as take her on walks and bathe her. When I cat sit I do everything that is asked of me and I try to go above and beyond. I want to make sure that their pet is getting the best experience and love while their owners are gone. Things that are usually asked of me are re filling their water, feeding them wet food/ dry food, changing the litter box, feeding them treats, and playing with them.
About: Mutual language isn’t required to experience and feel empathy! I am an extremely empathetic person with love I want and hope to give to fur babies. I think all pets deserve safety and to receive the unconditional love they give to us always without ever needing to ask for it. I do work full time 8am - 5pm Monday through Friday. But am available to stop in for drop ins during lunch if it’s close enough and open to doing stays during the week and weekends. (: I will only go to a clients house as I cannot have pets at my current apartment so willing to abide by any rules that need to be followed for the pets. (: (Also I do not drive at the moment but very comfortable walking/taking public transit/ubering when needed)
“This was our first time using Rover and felt a little nervous. As soon as we meet Kaitlyn for a meet and greet we felt extremely comfortable moving forward. She is extremely knowledgeable and we saw how comfortable she was with our two large labs. She provided detailed updates every time she came for our scheduled drop in visits. Will definitely rebook with her in the future 😊”

About: Hello from this dog lover! I love to spend time with dogs and spend hours playing with them. We spend our days exploring the backyard, long walks (or short ones if your dog can’t handle long ones!) and giving lots of love. I have grown up with three different breeds of dogs (Wheaten Terrier, Westies, and Welsh Terrier). I have spent time caring for a sick pup. One of my parents’ Westies died at a young age of unknown causes and I was the primary caregiver for her. She wouldn’t eat for anyone else or leave my side. I spend time taking care of my brothers’ dogs overnight while they go on vacation. I love spending time with them and boosts my energy. I currently own a two doodles. One was born in November 2019 and the other was born July 2023. I have experience helping with puppies and staying consistent with training. I hope to meet all kinds of breeds and give myself some exercise and puppy love in the process. I am currently working as a per diem sonographer. I have time to care for your pup and give them all the love they need while they are here. We go on daily walks and spend time in our fenced yard. I have a fully fenced 1/3 acre backyard for your dog to explore. I have two doodles that will keep your dog company as well as constant playtime.
“I feel so lucky to have found David to look after my very socially needy cat. I usually worry about her when I’m out of town, but knowing that he was checking in on her made me completely at ease. He is everything that you would want and more when it comes to a pet sitter!”

“Lynlee was amazing with our three babies! They each have very big personalities, and one is a kitten so I know it was a lot to juggle for three days but she handled it so well and the updates were thorough. She sent us amazing pictures that made us laugh and miss them extra while we were gone. I’ll definitely book her again if we have a long trip again!”

About: I am a mom, a semi-retired ex-Nordi employee, and am currently a part-time school bus driver, and I understand the importance of providing great service and of being responsible for the safety of others' loved ones. I bring extensive experience owning and caring for dogs, having grown up with, dog-sat, and owned various breeds. I love all dogs and have a special place in my heart for bully and pittie-mix breeds. My 2+ years of volunteer experience at PAWS have also provided me with valuable experience caring for dogs with different temperaments and personalities. I've taken dog-training classes at Ahimsa in Ballard, where I learned positive, force-free training techniques. Additionally, I have owned and cared for Cats, Sun Conures, Guinea Pigs, Beta fish, and even an Axolotl! As a part-time school bus driver, I am home a lot on weekdays, always home in the evenings, and on weekends. Your precious pup(s) will have near round-the-clock attention! I have also done dog-sitting at the owner's house. Our house is pet-safe, with a spacious, fully fenced backyard, and is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac within a quiet neighborhood. We currently have no pets of our own and live in a stable, friendly household. I will not board more than one dog at a time UNLESS they are from the same household/owner; in that case, I can board up to 2 dogs. The cul-de-sac is pet-free, so your dog will be safe and secure while they are showered with loving attention and treated with the utmost care & kindness. They'll enjoy a comfortable pet bed, toys, playtime, walks, and their favorite meals. If they like to visit the dog park and you'd like them to get some doggie playtime, I'm happy to accommodate! Frequent walks needed? No problem! Special Dietary/Medication needs? OK! Need a Zoomie-session? All-in. Quiet time & snuggles on the couch needed? 100% YES. In addition, I'm always very happy to provide you with many updates and photos during their stay!
About: Hi, my name is Tina. I have been a dog owner and dog lover for 14 years. I have experience dealing with energetic puppies and also senior dog that need oral medication and walk at a slower pace. I have also help to walk my friends and neighbors' dogs over the years. I love meeting new fur babies, giving them belly scratches, and playing fetch with them. I am currently only working and volunteering part-time, so I have pretty flexible schedule. I am available to walk and do drop-in visit in morning, nights and weekend, even on holidays as long as I get a advance notice. I will not be bringing my dogs on the walk or visit with your dogs, so your dogs will have all my attention and love during our appointment. I am patient and responsible dog owner, and will provide the best care I can for your fur babies, so you can be worry-free.
“Teela was an amazing sitter for my 7 year old cat. She took amazing care of her, bonded with her, and took really good photos of her to keep me posted. I felt comfortable knowing she was taking care of my child.”

“Helen is always a lifesaver and so accommodating with the schedule and last minute changes. She is wonderful with our girls and we are so lucky to be recipients of her care. Thank you again Helen!”

“Taryn has been a tremendous help for us and our dog, Tyrion. We rescued him at 8 months after he had some pretty rough upbringing before that, leaving him pretty traumatized and very untrustworthy of people. Even now with him at almost 7 years old, you basically need to be around him multiple times over quite a long period of time to even begin to gain his trust. We let Taryn know that this would be a slow process and we would need her to come over and just hang out with us and him a few times before she would be able to watch him without us there. She was very flexible and considerate and after several of these drop-in sessions, the barking began to wane and he went from avoiding her completely to taking pieces of chicken from her hand. We knew we were going to have to rip off the BandAid at some point and when we had to go away for a wedding, Taryn was ready.. and everything went GREAT! She is officially in the Circle of Trust and this brings us so much joy! Thank you thank you thank you!!!”

Edmonds dog parents share their Rover experiences
Kristy took excellent care of our new dog we adopted just a few days ago! Our pup is quite nervous about many things but Kristy came for a meet and greet the day before and then came the 3x as planned during our work day to take care of Sequoia, and gave her meds as scheduled. We will happily book Kristy again next time we need care!

Nathan was extremely helpful watching my dog, taking him on walks, and spending time with him. Very trustworthy, very kind, follows directions well and keeps you informed which meant a lot to me. He was always punctual and very understanding of my concerns. I will definitely be booking him again!

Nicole was incredibly patient and understanding with our dog, who needs a little extra time to warm up to new people. She was very attentive to his needs and took care to move at his pace, which we truly appreciated. Her willingness to build that connection before our trip meant a lot to us. We’re looking forward to working with her again!

Mahria is fantastic. She's punctual, communicative, and has been graciously flexible with my schedule. She's very patient and caring with our two dogs, who both have behavioral issues in different ways and can be A LOT to handle. But most importantly, they LOVE LOVE LOVE her. The second I reach for the leashes they go nuts knowing that she's coming.

I have a 13 yo German Wire Haired pointer that due to arthritis is not able to accompany me anymore on long day trips. For the first time, and with no small amount of anxiety, I left him in the care of Hattie for a drop in visit mid-day and a walk. She was kind, caring, prompt and provided photos and a “report” of the walk so that I could enjoy my day away and know my dog was well cared for! Merry Christmas to me!
