Deya was great with our babies. We had an unexpected need for medications which she managed without missing a beat. They were happy to see me upon my return but seemed as though they were looking for her! She was a great communicator and let me know how they were every step of the way.

She hadn't eaten much of her food when I got home, but it might have been that she wasn't hungry. Thanks for taking care of her while I was on vacation, and the notes were really helpful that you sent to me as it gave me peace of mind that she was doing good.

I’m able to plan my day around your pet’s routine to ensure they receive consistent, attentive care while you’re away. With years of hands-on experience and a sweet, playful eight-year-old dog and one-year-old cat of my own, I truly understand how important reliability and communication are. Your pet’s comfort and routine always come first.

I am highly respectful of your home, keep doors and gates secured, double-check locks, and follow all instructions carefully. I’m observant by nature (scientist brain!), so I quickly notice changes in behavior, appetite, or environment and communicate promptly. Trust is everything when inviting someone into your home, and I take that responsibility seriously.

A typical day
A typical day starts with maintaining your pet’s normal routine; feeding, fresh water, potty breaks or litter care, and a wellness check to make sure everything looks and feels normal. During drop-ins, I make sure each visit includes quality time, whether that’s play, enrichment, a walk, or calm companionship depending on your pet’s personality. For house sitting, I structure the day around their regular schedule so they experience as little disruption as possible. You’ll receive updates and photos so you can feel connected and reassured while you’re away.
