About: I have had pets my entire life including cats, dogs, guinea pigs and gerbils! I currently have a Shetland Sheepdog who does best as the only pet, but I really miss caring for cats and other small creatures. I have experience pet sitting a variety of animals including cats, dogs, fish, chickens, parakeets and parrots. I have a flexible schedule that allows me to make multiple visits to your home per day to ensure your pet is doing well! I can do very early mornings or late nights as well, if preferred or needed. I own a husky who I self trained and I take her on the bus and metro with me. I’m very patient and can read pets really well. I work with all size sand conditions! I'm very flexible. I work from home so we can arrange anything according to your availability. I'm free during the week and on weekends day and night. I believe every pet has its own personality and reading its sign is a key factor when taking care of a pet. I always ask their owner to be specific about their daily routines or if they have any allergies so that way the pet feels in their comfort zone.

Emma did an amazing job taking care of our dogs and our home over a long weekend. This is our third time having Kristy stay at our home to care for our dog. She is always very communicative, takes care of our house very well and sends plenty of updates. She follows all our instructions and archie is always so happy to see her so we know she takes good care of him every time she comes to stay! Our dog is a high needs pet and takes multiple medications a day (at times not easily) and Kristy always does her best to get him to take the meds, even going out of her way to offer different “pill pocket” options to make sure he takes them on schedule. We feel at ease leaving our dog with Kristy because we know he’s in good hands :)
This was our third time having Jeanne stay with our cat, but the first time we left her for two weeks, and we honestly couldn't have asked for a better experience. Jeanne is incredibly attentive and just seems to get it. She notices the little things, asks questions when something doesn't seem right, and sent us pictures and updates every day. Our cat is very demanding and likes a lot of attention and playtime, and Jeanne was great about spending a lot of time with her and keeping her company. More than anything, she understands what it means to leave a pet you love with someone else. Having someone who understands that and keeps us updated without us having to ask made it so much easier to be away. She's also extremely respectful of our home and always leaves everything clean and exactly as she found it. We ended up needing to extend our stay by a night at the last minute, and she was flexible and stayed an extra night. We're really happy we found Jeanne and will absolutely ask her to house sit for our kitty again.
Halley was awesome! She was more than accommodating when we asked to do a meet and greet before our trip, of course our pets loved her. One of our dogs was on medication while we were gone and she was more than willing to help with that. She walked the dogs, kept them active, and was patient with our dog Charlie who loves to cuddle and is an attention seeker.
