“These guys are great! My main concern was to find someone who would give my very old best friend love and gentle support. They were the ones! I received pictures of him cuddled on the couch getting all of the love. Thats all he really wants. I'm so glad to have found them.”

“Elizabeth was amazing with our reactive dog Chicken. She is extremely kind, communicative, and reliable. Chicken is an Aussie and they can be selective with new people and she did great with Elizabeth and her family. She sent regular updates and photos which was super helpful. I can tell Chicken feels really comfortable and well taken care of when she’s at Elizabeth’s.”

“Conor took great care of our puppy. He regularly updated us with photos and videos that kept us close to our baby. He was kind and very responsive to our messages. I would highly recommend him to anyone.:)”

“Jenny was amazing with our Ellie! She sent me photos and messages about how Ellie was doing and what they did every day. I felt completely confident that Ellie was being well cared for while we were out of town. Jenny was always quick to reply to messages and a very kind hearted person. I will definitely request Jenny again and recommend her to all of our friends and family.”

“We recently had Nancy watch our dogs over the course of 3 days. The experience was fantastic and I would highly recommend her services. We have two smaller and older dogs and it was clear that she was very skilled in caring for them. We received several pictures and updates and our dogs were so happy during the experience. We will definitely book with her again and thank you Nancy!”

“We are extremely happy with the care our pet sitter and this wonderful family . From the moment we met them, we felt reassured, and they truly exceeded our expectations. They took such loving and thoughtful care of Prince, treating him like their own. He was not just looked after, but genuinely happy—getting plenty of exercise with runs, lots of affection, and constant attention. We especially appreciated how neat and clean they kept him and all his belongings. Their beautiful gals took wonderful care. Prince can be a bit of a fussy eater and needs some encouragement during mealtime, but they handled that with great patience and care, making sure he was well-fed and comfortable. They truly went above and beyond, taking care of him even more than we had asked. It gave us so much peace of mind knowing he was in such capable and caring hands. We would absolutely recommend them and will definitely be going back to them again!”

“We felt so blessed to have our pup stay with Melodie while we were out of town. She kept us posted the whole time with pictures and notes about how our pup was doing. He enjoyed his stay and we enjoyed being able to see him in pics while we were away. We’ll definitely be bringing him back to stay with Melodie next time we need a sitter.”

“Our babies were well attended to and were as calm & contented as the day we dropped them off. Kelly & Karen are great host parents. We look forward to having them sit for us again in the future.”

“Christine always takes incredible care of our aging pup. When he wasn’t drinking much, she even used a syringe to make sure he stayed hydrated. She is super communicative and he loves staying with her when we are out of town.”

“This was the second time Theresa watched DeSoto, and he had such a great time! She’s amazing about sending updates, photos, and videos, which makes it so easy to relax knowing he’s in good hands. It’s clear he’s happy and well cared for while with her. I would highly recommend Theresa to anyone looking for a caring and reliable dog sitter!”

“Denise is super attentive to Yuki while we are on vacation for 2 weeks. She sent frequent updates, and dealt with Yuki's diarrhea situation with much care. Yuki had a great time and I would highly recommend Denise!”

“I felt very comfortable leaving my dog, Sweet Pea, in Sarah’s care for her very first time being watched by a stranger. Sarah provided regular updates with pictures and it was clear to me that she really did provide great care for my dog. Sweet Pea seemed to love playing with her two dogs and was pooped when we brought her home. It’s like she got to have a vacation trip too. I will definitely book Sarah again next time I need a dog sitter.”

“These two are all about dogs and it shows! They also took a lot of great pictures and gave us daily updates on our dog's 12 day stay which was very much appreciated.”

“Jared and Rhonda are fantastic and I look forward to booking with them again, this was the best first Rover experience we could have asked for! Jared is great with dogs who are slow to warm up, which was important to me when searching for a dog sitter. Our pup is very anxious but I felt comfortable knowing she was in a loving and calm environment. Jared’s communication is top notch, we appreciated the frequent updates and photos. I would not hesitate to recommend!”

“This was our second time with Christine. She is great at following strict feeding schedules, behavioral boundaries for resouce guarding dogs, and is very adaptable and graceful with unexpected situations. Nothing negative to say.”

“Stacey and her family did a wonderful job taking care of our two year old English Springer Spaniel. I loved that they had a big fenced yard and that he had a lot of outside time, and we received a few photo updates over the weekend. Will definitely use Stacey and Taylor again!”

“Bevan was wonderful with Millie! She sent us lots of pictures which we really appreciated. We were able to thoroughly enjoy our vacation knowing Millie was being well cared for. We will definitely use Bevan again. She was just great!”

“Colleen was so great! She sent multiple photos and update texts all throughout my dogs stay. She was super communicative and flexible for any changes. Highly recommend.”

“Kendra made me feel so relieved to leave my baby with her. She was thoughtful and gave me any necessary feedback. She also was so good with my kitty. He was happy and healthy when I got home. Kendra also used a lot of common sense about small things. I would recommend and use her again.”

“This is the second time we have had Kyra watch our two cats. She does a great job caring for our cats and keeping us updated on how they are doing with notes and photos :)”

“Hattie was wonderful! In between feedings and litter cleanings, she played with our super active kitten each visit and was able to get some of his wiggles out. She was also able to coax out our older cat out to get some love (she’s still getting used to our little hellion kitten lol). Thank you so much for taking such good care of them!”

“Elaina was amazing with our trio of kitties! Each one has different needs and she spent time getting to know each one. She went above and beyond what we expected and all of our kitties were happy when we got home! Highly recommend and so glad we found her! Her passion for animals really shines!”

“My cats obviously loved Gargi! My semi-feral, shy Jasper hides from EVERYone, but not from Gargi! She may be the only other person who can pet him. It’s so important to have someone the cats like and trust. I hope Gargi will be available every time I travel.”

“This was my first time using Rover, so I was a little nervous. But Scott was amazing!!! He came over before the visit to meet Marty ahead of time, sent detailed reports and pictures each day, and made me feel so certain she was safe and happy! I will definitely reach out to Scott again.”

“Lauren took really got care of my kitty, Sweet Pea. She sent me pictures and updates daily. She also took go care of my home and I felt very comfortable trusting her with both my home and my cat.”

“Lily was great with our cat. She even went a step further and brought in a package from the porch as well as picking up a lamp our cat tipped off a table. We will book with her again.”

“Jeanne always does an outstanding job of communicating. Her Rover cards provide great details. This enables me to relax while I'm away knowing my two cats are being wonderfully cared for. A top-notch pet sitter!”

“Great experience overall. Very responsive, kept us updated with lots of great photos, and took excellent care of our pets. We felt totally at ease while we were away. Would absolutely book again.”

“It was our first time leaving our cat since we adopted her, and I was pretty nervous. Our cat Mocha usually doesn’t like new people, but she warmed right up to Kristine. She took great care of Mocha and sent lots of pictures. I appreciate her updating us on how Mocha was eating and adjusting to being without us.”

“Eric was awesome! My cats are very skittish and usually hide from pet sitters. One actually came out and let himself be petted! A miracle! I will use Eric for all my other trips!”

“Kory was a dream sitter for our 2 five year old cats during our 3 weeks away. He sent regular updates and photos, was proactive about meeting before our scheduled time and proactive about confirming small details while away. He also came through easing our stress when our flight home was delayed a day. We arrived to a well cared for home but most importantly happy and calm cats. Strongly recommend Kory for helping with any of your pets for a short or long time away!”

“Michael took wonderful care of our two cats while we were away for an extended vacation. He took time with them and sent us regular updates, which was very much appreciated. When our plans changed while we were on the road, Michael graciously extended his time with us. What a relief to know our pets were in such capable hands. Highly recommended.”

“Christine was great! Super kind and communicative. Her updates were super helpful and it seems like Bitty had a great time! I would feel very comfortable having Bitty visit again.”

“Gus had a great time with Scott! Scott handled Gus's initial excitement well, and sent good updates throughout the day. Gus was nice and tired at the end of the day. Would book Scott again!”

“Super grateful Gargi was able to watch my pup last minute when I went into work this week. I appreciate all the updates in realtime she provided as well. Gargi’s dog, June, and mine became instant pals! By the end of the day I can tell she had fun playing and got some exercise in. Thank you Gargi and June!”

“Conor is so knowledgeable about dogs. He met our shy dogs outside with treats and took them for a walk before bringing them into the house. He helped our new pup, Coco, become comfortable and then she played with another standard poodle all day. Our quiet small dog, Amelie, happily hung out with Conor's 12 year old dog. Conor sent photos, offered tips about training, and we were very pleased with their first day with him. We will return for sure.”

“Yuliia and her family were genuinely happy to be with our Cinnamon. They impressed us with their kindness, happy go lucky ways and sincere care for Cinnamon. I highly recommend this family not only for the aforementioned items but also because: + Their home is easy to get to. Parking is always available. + Inside, their home is very organized and clean. + The children and the adults made for happy play-mates with Cinnamon. + This family has an integrity beyond reproach. I could trust them with my human children if I had any. + They sincerely care for our canine kid. + Yuliia is very responsive and quick to reply. To close, I never worried about Cinnamon. There outdoor deck is sturdy, the green area outside is kept nicely and they are very good neighbors to all around them. Book this family to watch your four legged pals; you will have ZERO regrets. You will be super fortunate.”

“Pleased to leave our Havapoo stay with Melodie. Coco was well taken care of and a happy and tired pup when she came home. Pictures throughout the day kept us abreast of the fun and really appreciated.”

“She took such great care of my pup for the day on short notice. Her dog is such a sweet gentle soul and got along great with mine. They all had a nice time in her big backyard to run around, she gave my pup love and treats - I’m sure he was very happy with the whole experience. :) Thanks so much!!”

“Christina is amazing! She and her husband truly take the time to understand my puppy. He loves it there and her dog Kara is such a lovely dog. I trust Christina with my anxiety pup. She is great at communicating. I will always book her for my puppy’s daycare needs.”

“Jenny was wonderful, compassionate. This was the first time I left my puppy with her. I was a bit anxious, not sure how he will behave. Looks like he had a good time with Jenny. She was sending me pictures, video all day and was updating me about buddy. I will recommend Jenny. I am looking forward to have buddy bond with her another time. Thanks Jenny”

“Dena did an excellent job of caring for Frankie. She gave him his meds, cuddled with him and kept him fed. I also appreciated that she regularly kept me updated with photos and videos. I wouldn’t hesitate to have her watch Frankie again!”

“Jin was an amazing sitter, and clearly cared well for my dog… he got to go on multiple walks and was relaxed and happy in her care. So grateful for her excellent care and will definitely be back!”

About: Hi! I’ve been caring for animals since I was 6 years old. I grew up with dogs, a parrot, and a hamster, and I’ve helped friends and family with their pets for years. I can proudly say that I treat every pet like my own ❤️ I have a flexible schedule and spend most of my time at home, so your pet will get plenty of attention and won’t be left alone. I also accept short-notice and emergency bookings, since I understand plans can change unexpectedly. I’m especially good with shy, nervous, or active pets, and I have experience caring for senior dogs, always adjusting to each pet’s needs and routine. My home is calm, clean, and pet-free, which helps create a safe, low-stress environment. I pay close attention to details, follow instructions carefully, and can give medication or support pets with special needs. I also send regular updates so you always feel confident your pet is in good hands. I’m currently an online college student studying Computer Science, so my schedule is very flexible and I spend most of my time at home. I enjoy walking outside, especially on sunny days, which is perfect to do with a pet. I’m also a runner, so if your pet enjoys running, I’d be happy to take them along with me. Keeping my space clean and safe is very important to me because it directly affects a pet’s health and comfort. I live in a peaceful neighborhood with nearby trails and parks, and I also have a yard where pets can spend time outside if walking isn’t possible. I currently don’t have any pets at home, so there won’t be any conflicts. I do live with my 3-year-old cousin, but she is very gentle and loving with animals and is always supervised by her parents.
“Ellyssa and Anthony are amazing with my dog, Knox. He gets excited every time we turn the corner on their street. They not only care for him but seek opportunities to enrich his time with needed exercise and active play time. Thank you for also being flexible with care when my schedule fluctuates.”

“We got sooo lucky finding Taylor. Taylor is so attentive and caring, with such gentle and compassionate care for my senior dog's needs. Bella came home happy and content. Will definitely seek Taylor's services again.”

“Michelle and Brian are the best! I had a last minute request for a play date with Ari and they were quick to accept. Oakley had a great day with his new best friend!”

About: I started caring for animals when I was still at school. I am from Ukraine and my first animals were stray dogs and cats, I treated them, fed and cared for them as best I could. At home we had 2 cats and 2 dogs. My family and I moved to America a year ago and I have a daughter who is 3 years old and a son who just turned 4 months old, so I am at home all the time and would love to take care of your pets. I currently have a baby and have a toddler as well, for this reason I prioritize caring for cats or not large and active dogs. I am available from 8am-8pm Monday through Friday, I can sometimes be home on Saturday and Sunday as well. I live in a quiet neighborhood, walking distance to a school where I can walk my kids and your pets. There's a place near our house where we can go out too.

About: I am a mom, a semi-retired ex-Nordi employee, and am currently a part-time school bus driver, and I understand the importance of providing great service and of being responsible for the safety of others' loved ones. I bring extensive experience owning and caring for dogs, having grown up with, dog-sat, and owned various breeds. I love all dogs and have a special place in my heart for bully and pittie-mix breeds. My 2+ years of volunteer experience at PAWS have also provided me with valuable experience caring for dogs with different temperaments and personalities. I've taken dog-training classes at Ahimsa in Ballard, where I learned positive, force-free training techniques. Additionally, I have owned and cared for Cats, Sun Conures, Guinea Pigs, Beta fish, and even an Axolotl! As a part-time school bus driver, I am home a lot on weekdays, always home in the evenings, and on weekends. Your precious pup(s) will have near round-the-clock attention! I have also done dog-sitting at the owner's house. Our house is pet-safe, with a spacious, fully fenced backyard, and is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac within a quiet neighborhood. We currently have no pets of our own and live in a stable, friendly household. I will not board more than one dog at a time UNLESS they are from the same household/owner; in that case, I can board up to 2 dogs. The cul-de-sac is pet-free, so your dog will be safe and secure while they are showered with loving attention and treated with the utmost care & kindness. They'll enjoy a comfortable pet bed, toys, playtime, walks, and their favorite meals. If they like to visit the dog park and you'd like them to get some doggie playtime, I'm happy to accommodate! Frequent walks needed? No problem! Special Dietary/Medication needs? OK! Need a Zoomie-session? All-in. Quiet time & snuggles on the couch needed? 100% YES. In addition, I'm always very happy to provide you with many updates and photos during their stay!
About: I’ve loved dogs since I was a kid and have experience caring for dogs of all ages, sizes, and temperaments. I grew up with a Lab, which shaped my early understanding of dog behavior and care. As an adult, I raised my own dog, Juniper, from a puppy. She’s a rescue, and working with her has given me hands-on experience with training, routines, and daily care. I also regularly foster dogs through various Seattle area rescues, giving me experience with a wide range of temperaments. Because my own dog can be fearful at first, I understand the importance of moving at each dog’s pace, building trust, and creating a calm, positive environment. Juniper is friendly and does great with foster dogs, and my older cat tends to keep to himself when we have other pets or guests over. I work from home, so your dog will get plenty of attention throughout the day and won’t be left alone for more than three hours. I also have a crate available if that’s part of your dog’s routine. I live in a house with a fully fenced yard in a quiet neighborhood, providing a safe and peaceful space for dogs to relax, play, and feel at home. I treat every dog like my own and will make sure they receive plenty of love, attention, and thoughtful care while you’re away. Pet care fits really naturally into my routine since I work from home and have a flexible schedule. I’m able to give dogs plenty of attention, regular potty breaks, and walks throughout the day. I tailor my care to each dog’s individual needs, routine, and personality so they feel as comfortable and stress-free as possible. In my home: Dogs stay in a safe, calm environment with plenty of attention throughout the day since I work from home. I follow your dog’s normal schedule for feeding, walks, playtime, and rest. They will have access to a fully fenced yard for supervised outdoor time, along with a cozy indoor space to relax. I can also accommodate crate training and any specific routines your dog is used to. In your home: When caring for pets in their own home, I focus on keeping their routine as consistent as possible. I follow all care instructions closely, including feeding, walks, medications if needed, and playtime. In all cases, I provide regular updates so you have peace of mind while you’re away. I prioritize safety, clear communication, and making sure your pet feels secure, loved, and well cared for.

About: I truly love dogs and I know that every pet has their own unique pace and personality. I’m naturally patient and detail-oriented, so I’m very comfortable following specific care routines or just providing a calm, kind presence for dogs who need a gentler touch. Whether we’re going for a steady walk around the neighborhood or just hanging out for some belly rubs, I treat every dog with the same care and protection I’d give my own family. As a stay at home mom, I have a lot of flexibility throughout the week to make pet care a seamless part of my day. Since I'm primarily based at home, I can easily work around your pet’s specific schedule - whether that’s a mid-day walk, an exact feeding time, or just providing some extra company. My routine is stable, which allows me to be very dependable and responsive, ensuring your dog gets the attention and consistent care they need while you're away. I focus exclusively on caring for pets in their own homes, where they feel most comfortable and secure. I’ve found this allows me to give your dog my full, undivided attention in the environment they know best. While my own dogs at home are great companions to each other, they prefer being the only dogs in their space, so I don’t host pets at my house. This works out perfectly because it means I come to you! Whether it's for walks or drop-in visits, my goal is to keep your pet’s routine exactly as it is, providing a calm and familiar experience while you’re out.
“Kendra is truly amazing! Our boys absolutely adore her and are so happy when she’s around. We feel incredibly lucky to have her giving them that extra love, attention, and playtime. She’s been such a wonderful addition to their routine!”

“Maya is amazing! She not only takes exceptional care of our dog for us each week with routine dog walks, she is beyond reliable. We are so grateful for her commitment to helping us with our dog and for being a terrific communicator!”

About: Mutual language isn’t required to experience and feel empathy! I am an extremely empathetic person with love I want and hope to give to fur babies. I think all pets deserve safety and to receive the unconditional love they give to us always without ever needing to ask for it. I do work full time 8am - 5pm Monday through Friday. But am available to stop in for drop ins during lunch if it’s close enough and open to doing stays during the week and weekends. (: I will only go to a clients house as I cannot have pets at my current apartment so willing to abide by any rules that need to be followed for the pets. (: (Also I do not drive at the moment but very comfortable walking/taking public transit/ubering when needed)
About: Took care of my dog for 10 years. Excited to walk some doggies and take them out on long walks. Want to meet as many dogs as possible. It would fit it between my work and school. I would take dogs out in mornings and in afternoons depending on what is needed from me! I take very good care of them and I listen to all of the specific instructions that are needed for that specific animal and their needs
“Mackenzie did great with my dog pasha. We would love to work with her again in the future. Never skipped a day and always in time. Thanks for the good work!”

“Amanda has been great with our dog! She has been a strong communicator, responsive, and reliable which we so appreciate. We look forward to continuing to work with her!”

“Jared and Rhonda are fantastic and I look forward to booking with them again, this was the best first Rover experience we could have asked for! Jared is great with dogs who are slow to warm up, which was important to me when searching for a dog sitter. I would not hesitate to recommend!”

“We had a great experience boarding Coco at Karissa's! She was very communicative and he was very well taken care of. We'll definitely be boarding Coco with Karissa again!”

“This was the best experience I ever had with a pup sitter. I was away for almost 11 days and she kept me updated every day even with an 11 hour difference between us, she never missed a day with videos and pictures. One of my babies is a special dog and takes meds four times a day and she would send me pictures and updates about it.i didn’t feel an once of stress being away from them because of her. She went above and beyond to make them comfortable and took them on strolls and fun little outings. Her and her family all made my babies feel very loved. I could not recommend her enough!”

“Robin and her family were simply superb! They clearly take a lot of pride in providing a loving and safe environment for the pets they watch. I was provided plenty of daily updates and they were even willing to help flex dates with me when I had to stay out of town longer unexpectedly. Cannot recommend enough!”

“Anne and her family were amazing with my dog Emma. They sent daily updates and pictures of their activities. I was so pleased to see how she adapted well to the girls and their dog. I will definitely be using their services in the future.”
