“Pam and Jon saved us by taking our very active lab puppy and our 3 year old Corgi. We were throwing a large party and needed the dogs out of the house. They communicated with pictures and updates through the whole visit and our puppy came back so tired and slept in until 645 am! I booked with Conor last minute and he was able to accommodate. This was my first time leaving my puppy with someone, so I was definitely nervous. Conor has a very calm, kind demeanor which immediately put me at ease upon drop off. My pup had the time of his life playing with Conor's dogs and in their kiddie pool. Ryan provided EXCEPTIONAL care for my dog, Sodus. Not only was Ryan flexible to care for Sodus from the early morning to late evening given my long nursing shifts, but when I notified Ryan that my dog was having GI issues the night before he was meant to sit for him, Ryan was so graciously still willing to watch my sick boy. Any dog owner knows how stressful it can be to have a dog who has diarrhea/vomiting - giving bland diet, all the meds, letting out frequently, cleaning up sick… and the fact that Ryan was so dependable that he was willing to help watch my boy during this time speaks volumes to his commitment to his clients and his love for dogs.
