“Annette is the best. She was so kind to our dogs. One of our dogs is 18 and she made sure he was safe and happy - she even bought a gate so he’d be ok with the stairs. Her dogs were sweet and chill and everyone got along great. Fabulous yard with so much space to run. Highly recommend - your dogs will be happy!”

“As always, JD does a fantastic job with my pups. He is super patient with my shy dog, and works with her at her pace. Thanks so much for taking care of my pups in the best way, and making me feel worry-free.”

“We appreciate you taking care of Penny! Penny had such a fun time and was exhausted when she came home :)”

About: I started caring for animals when I was still at school. I am from Ukraine and my first animals were stray dogs and cats, I treated them, fed and cared for them as best I could. At home we had 2 cats and 2 dogs. My family and I moved to America a year ago and I have a daughter who is 2 years old and I am expecting my second child, so I am at home all the time and would love to take care of your pets. I currently have a baby and have a toddler as well, for this reason I now prioritize caring for cats or not large and active dogs. I am available from 8am-8pm Monday through Friday, I can sometimes be home on Saturday and Sunday as well. I live in a quiet neighborhood, walking distance to a school where you can walk your child and your pets. There's a place near our house where we can go out too.

“My experience in working with Spring was excellent. She was extremely responsive in scheduling and throughout watching our pup. She took multiple photos throughout the day and was accommodating with our schedule. Highly recommend and will absolutely reach out to Spring again!”

“Pleased to leave our Havapoo stay with Melodie. Coco was well taken care of and a happy and tired pup when she came home. Pictures throughout the day kept us abreast of the fun and really appreciated.”

About: Hello from this dog lover! I love to spend time with dogs and spend hours playing with them. My favorite thing to do is take them on long walks and take them to a dog park to get their energy out! I have grown up with three different breeds of dogs (Wheaten Terrier, Westies, and Welsh Terrier). I have spent time caring for a sick pup. One of my parents’ Westies died at a young age of unknown causes and I was the primary caregiver for her. She wouldn’t eat for anyone else or leave my side! I spend time taking care of my brothers’ dogs overnight while they go on vacation. I love spending time with them and boosts my energy. I currently own a two doodles. One was born in November 2019 and the other was born July 2023. I have experience helping with puppies and staying consistent with training. I hope to meet all kinds of breeds and give myself some exercise and puppy love in the process. I am currently working as a per diem sonographer. I have time to care for your pup and give them all the love they need while they are here. We go on daily walks and spend time in our fenced yard. I have a fully fenced 1/3 acre backyard for your dog to explore. I have two doodles that will keep your dog company as well as constant playtime.

“Kayla has been wonderful! She is great at communicating and most importantly she gives our doggy a safe and fun place to hangout when we need to be away for an extended time. Bonus: all the cute photos she sends of our dog!”

“Eileen was great with Zui. He wanted to escape her backyard and we quickly figured out to transition him on a leash in her house. My dog is an escape artist! Her home is clean and dog-friendly. She has plenty of toys, a dog bed, and couch that is dog-friendly. My dog is active and needs a backyard and she has a lovely backyard that is fully fenced and secure. My dog settled in well. Will definitely use her Rover services again.”

“We had the pleasure of entrusting Ashley with the care of our energetic 10-month-old Springer Spaniel for a day, and we couldn't be more pleased with the experience. Ashley's expertise in canine behavior truly stood out – she demonstrated a deep understanding and genuine affection for our furry friend. Ashley's attentive and caring approach made us feel confident that our pet was in excellent hands. We wholeheartedly recommend her to fellow pet owners in the area. Thank you so much, Ashley, for your exceptional care! We'll definitely be returning for future pet-sitting needs.”

“Our dog Sofia had the BEST time at Karen and Mark's. Sofia has been very isolated from other dogs during the pandemic, and we were a little concerned when we heard that they were watching two other dogs as well. But Karen promised to keep Sofia separate from the others-- something that she did until it became clear to her that Sofia and the other dogs WANTED to get together and play. Karen reported this change in full to us, kept her clearly practiced and experienced eye on the situation, and the result was that Sofia ended up having a great time playing "catch me" with the others. She was happy when we picked her up, and once home-- fell into a deep and peaceful sleep. We're going to do this again.”

About: I've had a cat most of my life. I've had the most enjoyment from pets when I am caring, playing, walking and cuddling with them. I'm willing to adjust my pet rates and house sitting rates. Im organized and like to keep routines. Such as walks at 7 am and hourly thereafter. Feeding twice a day and treats for obeying commands. I routinely feed and water them twice a day. Take them for walks, exercise, play games and cuddle with them. Grooming ( brushing fur and teeth, clean ears) sometimes wet cloth bathing and Medications as needed. Also I do have experience in wound care as needed.

About: I'm super attentive and believe dogs have a language of their own. They can communicate with their behavior and emotional undertones. In a way I feel I understand that well. Not so different than children in their needs of love attention and affection. We have a small pug who is exceedingly friendly and welcoming to other dogs, like a little best friend and playmate. My kids are usually in school during the day. When I get the chance I love to take them to the dog parks or fields to run and play. Exercise is as important as good food and a warm cozy bed. I am also an herbalist and acupuncturist so I am very empathetic and in touch with nature. I have a basic understanding of medical needs in people and can apply that a bit towards animals when needing to identify if there is ever a problem and how severe it is. I currently work part-time. I have dad's house in Poulsbo that I drop them at while I am at work if they like to be with someone all day. He works from home. We do Zoom meetings to show the homes and environment for care. I have a large backyard and I often let them play inside and outside at their leisure with the door open while I garden. I have a fenced in yard and crate if needed. I prefer that they have their own bed for scent purposes so that they smell home. I prefer you bring your own food as each dog has a favorite, important that they want to eat while you're away. Any special instructions are best to pack so that I can refer to them such as how many gummies to give for Pain. We love our animals and I love to spoil them for you!
