“Elizabeth was absolutely great. We have a very shy cat and on day one she established a relationship with her and all was good. She sent us photos daily along with a brief message so we never worried about our cat at all. I highly recommend her for cats and/or dogs. She is wonderful to work with and great with our furry family members. She will alway be our first call when we need our pets taken care of.”

About: I've had a cat most of my life. I've had the most enjoyment from pets when I am caring, playing, walking and cuddling with them. I'm willing to adjust my pet rates and house sitting rates. Im organized and like to keep routines. Such as walks at 7 am and hourly thereafter. Feeding twice a day and treats for obeying commands. I routinely feed and water them twice a day. Take them for walks, exercise, play games and cuddle with them. Grooming ( brushing fur and teeth, clean ears) sometimes wet cloth bathing and Medications as needed. Also I do have experience in wound care as needed.

“Thank you so much Natasha for a last minute drop in. I know he is in good hands when you visit. Your instincts with him are always spot on! Thanks again for another great visit.”

About: I have pet/house sat for a few people now and have really loved it. I would really love to do it more full time. If pet sitting, no smokers please. Dog walking and check ins are ok. I have always been around dogs, cats and horses since I was a kid. I have 5 years of dog walking and cat socializing experience from the Kitsap Humane Society. I prefer to walk smaller dogs but I am capable of walking a larger dog if he or she is well mannered on the leash. If house sitting, bigger dogs are ok also. At the moment I have 1 dog and three cats. The dog unfortunately doesn't like other dogs but loves to go on car rides and play outside with her tennis ball. So we do one of those most every day. The rest of the time she just likes to snuggle. I am very flexible and will take great care of your pet.

“This was by far the most worry free trip, knowing that my fur kids were in good hands. Andreza is lovely, communicative and reliable, and I will definitely be in touch again!”

“Tanesha has been working out great! She is reliable and always gives me a detailed note with pics on how the visit went. I feel 100 percent at ease with my fur kids in her hands. Happy to have found her!”

“Daria was quick to reply, easy to work with and on time for the visit. Overall, she did a great job. Got a picture of the doggos during the session which was great. Will definitely be having her pop in again should we need a pet sitter in the future.”

“This was the second time Branden helped us with our cat while we were out of town. He is very trustworthy and has great communication. We appreciated the sweet photos and knowing our cat was in great hands.”

About: I’ve taken care of dogs since I was a boy (20+ years). My wife and I have a seven year old black lab that loves walks and playing with other dogs. My wife and I work full-time but have flexible schedules. Mostly available before 8am and after 4pm during the week, but can make exceptions! Will give your dogs long walks and have a great home for them to stay as well! If requested, we are able to pickup and/or drop-off further than 5 miles ($1.15 per mile). My wife and I have a house with a fenced yard where my black lab plays. She is very friendly and loves company with other dogs (my dog and wife)! I’m (Kris) currently working a flex schedule full time. It’s 40 hours a week, but I can schedule my own hours (for the most part). I can usually work around hours if given enough notice. We are unable to board your pets at this time as we have moved to a new location and decided to rent. We are more than happy to house sit or provide drop-ins.

“Carrie provided the best care for our pups! Great communication and attention to detail! Her daily reports with photos gave us peace of mind while we were away. We would highly recommend Carrie for your pets needs.”

“Karen was great!! She was great and didn’t even mind that it was a last minute request!!”

About: I can do one pet, just tell me when you booking and your pup will be the only pet at home. I have had many pets in my home: four dogs, two cats, countless birds, goldfish and turtles. They are all like family to me. I will never forget them. Schedule: Morning walks: 30-60 minutes. Evening walks: 50-90 minutes. Backyard playtime: at least 3 times daily, 10-30 minutes each. I am in my vacation quarter and I only work on Fridays, but my mother will be at home. If I was out of the house at any time, 90% of the time my mom would be home. Pets can stay anywhere on the first floor and backyard. At night, they will sleeps in the living room. If they have a preferred spot, they can sleep there. I love taking dogs for walks and runs. I also love grooming them! I am also a very observant person and can always detect the emotions of animals.

It was our first time using Rover and I recommend her services highly! We will be reaching out in the future for any upcoming trips. Thank you Katija!”

9. Kim A.
“November 15, 2019 To Whom It May Concern, It is my pleasure to write this letter of recommendation for longtime volunteer at our nonprofit equine rescue sanctuary, Kimberly A., for Rover.com. I am positive that she will be successful with any pets she is responsible for. In the almost 24 years we have been rescuing, rehabilitating and providing lifelong sanctuary for at-risk horses in our region, we have felt lucky to have Kim in our volunteer program. The volunteers at Horse Harbor are responsible for caring for the 28 horses currently at our facility. Recently, Ms. Arellano volunteered for our equine assisted therapy program and has been a valuable addition to our team. This, along with the countless hours of volunteering shows compassion and initiative that I’m sure will serve whatever Rover clients need. Kimberly truly is one of those people we could always count on when we needed help with the care and keep of our resident herd of 28 plus rescued horses, always jumping in to do whatever job was necessary, whether it be tending to injuries or mucking stalls. During this process she has always shown a deep love for the horses and students. She has been a true asset to our Equine Assisted Therapy Program and working with children with disability. This truly takes a unique and special person that can see past the differences in our diverse community and celebrate the similarities we all have. It is without reservation that I recommend Ms. Arellano to the Rover program. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me. Also, you can find us at: www.horseharbor.org Sincerely, Maryann P., Executive Director Horse Harbor Foundation”
