Hello Pet Owners- I am a guy living in Shoreline. I am trying to come away from a 30 year career and work my way into a quiet, peace-filled retirement. Hopefully one filled with wonderful dogs. I have owned dogs virtually all of my life. They are my children, and are treated as such. I care deeply about them, their welfare, and their happiness. Over the years I have dealt with medications, blind dogs, cancer, three legged dogs, and wheelchair dogs like Gracie. My current dog, MoMo is sweet as pie, but quite lonely, and wants a few new companions. I live in Shoreline, and access two different dog parks for exercise and social activity. I drive a new pick-up truck so your dog will ride in comfort. I have both Venmo and PayPal, to make payments electronic and easy for everyone. I also have a fully fenced yard, if you and your dog are searching for warm, comfortable overnight accommodations. Please reply and we’ll discuss arrangements, rates, and build a system of comfort and exercise for your dog.

Scott took great care of my dog, Annie! She came home happy and completely worn out, which is always a good sign. He sent pictures during her stay and even took her for a walk, which I really appreciated. I would definitely use Scott again and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable and caring dog sitter.
Scott was a great sitter for Parker and clearly takes good care of his doggos! Would definitely ask him to watch Parker again!
I felt totally comfortable leaving Finn with Scott for the day. He had some playmates and was completely worn out when we got home!! A job well done, Scott!!
Scott was very responsive and flexible. Boo is very shy and he made sure she felt safe a comfortable. Momo is a sweet girl and got a long well with Boo.

Schedule
I am trying to retire, which for me, involves lots of time with dogs. So I am readily available to care for your pets in a daily, weekly, or whatever basis works with your schedule.

My dog, and so yours as well, will be well attended to. I don’t allow dogs on the furniture, and I prefer to not use cages, but am happy to if your dog is used to or prefers that type of structure to be comfy. I have plenty of dog beds for comfort, I use all naturally made and healthy dog treats. I have a fully fenced yard which is occasionally visited by brave squirrels, so activity and amusement is plentiful. There are a number of toys, ropes, balls, bones and other chew toys for those dogs who simply need some time to chew and think about life in general. Dogs are put out when they need it, and let in when it’s time to nap. Just as it should be.

A typical day
Many people don’t understand, that dog walks are for the dog. Not for you. It is time you set aside to provide your dog something new, new smells, new encounters, new environments. Yes, many dogs adore chasing the ball, and it is often good stretching and running exercise. But dogs are so much more. Their nose is their third eye, with which they see the world in ways we as humans will never really understand. So every walk is in a different place than the last one. To give them something new to see, smell and feel.

- Like people, every dog is different, and the environment that each dog grows up in, is his system, it is what he or she is used to, and what they like, but also what they need. In my system, I like to give treats to dog at the end of every walk. There are other times, and often, when getting to know a dog, reward systems can help you get on their good side, and pay attention to you, especially in places like dog parks. What is your dogs system? Are there meds he or she needs? Do they like their bed, need to walk, like to be in visual proximity to humans, or like to be alone? I like a dog to feel at home when they are with me. So tell me about yours.
