We treat your dog like our own!
**WE ARE FULLY VACCINATED, INCLUDING BOOSTERS** My husband Sean and I have a lifelong love of all animals, but especially dogs. We currently have an Aussie Mix named Baker who gets along with adult dogs of all kinds. He is a bit particular about his personal space and gets overwhelmed when dogs come at him with a lot of energy right off the bat, don’t have an off switch, or aren’t good at reading his social cues, but if they get along during a meet and greet (we prefer a parallel walk for an introduction), he will definitely become friends with your pup. You can expect a tired doggo when they get home. I love taking photos and will send you plenty! Another quick note - we just had a baby so please be sure your dog is ok with infants. My husband and I both work remote, so there is always someone at home with the dog. We try to stay active on weekends and try to work in hikes or long walks when possible. We follow the Golden Rule of dog sitting - treat your dog the way we'd want ours to be treated! Dogs are allowed on the couch and get free reign of the living room. On nice days we leave the backdoor open so they can play as they'd like in our fenced in yard. If not, there is a bell on the door that they can ring when they want to go out.

Caitie and Sean take such good care of our pup. We've relied on them several times for day care and our dog is always excited to come back ❤️

Boo loves going to Caitie and Sean's place. She gets so excited when we are getting near their house. She already knows the route.

Caitie and Sean are wonderful, reliable dog walkers! Rusty always comes home happy and tired from his walks.

Caitie has been walking and sitting Rusty for us for the last 4 years and she is always amazing! She is highly communicative (we get regular photos and updates while out of town) and Rusty always has a blast. Outside of our family, she is his favorite person. We can’t recommend her highly enough.

I am sad to have to leave a review like this, but after my husband and I spoke, I think it’s what is best. Caitie has watched my dog Jax in her house before, they had a wonderful time it seemed. He got along swimmingly with her dog, and they even went on an outing. I reached out because my usual dog sitter was out of town, and Caitie had at least been with Jax before (although it had been many years). Caitie asked if she could keep Jax at her house because it would be easier for her, but I was guarded and said he’s pretty shy especially in his older age, he’d be more comfortable at home. I packed a bag for him just incase he warmed up and to try to accommodate her needs. My dog barks at anyone who comes to the door, I did mention this. But he’s just a scaredy cat and I explained you can just open the door and he’ll run outside and use his potty box and come back in. I left all of this belongings (food, water, treats, togo bag with blanket, measured out food, and his leash) in the entry way so there was no need to come all the way in the house. Caitie wrote me saying she tried and tried to befriend him but she didn’t think he liked her and it would be better to find someone he knows. I’m out of town in Pullman WA getting my other dog cancer treatment, I explained I don’t have anyone I can call, I’m already out of town. I explained it’s not about liking, he’s just sensitive and she didn’t need to give him pets or treats, just please feed him, refresh his water, and let him potty. His loss if he’s too scared for any affection. Why I’m giving this review is for multiple compounding reasons. I had to ask if she had let him out the morning I was coming home because there was no care report. I said I was flexible on the times she came (10:30a and 6:00p requested) Jax is easy, so if it’s adjusted an hour on either side that’d fine but the length of time he was left was too long. (16 hours, then 12 hours). His chart says max 8. I got home and he had very little water left in his giant water bowl, he hadn’t eaten, and he had pooped in the laundry room (he never has accidents) when I had to ask if she let him out, she said yes he pooped and peed. He could have, but then it was the longer stretch the day before that it happened. No poop scoops were done in the potty box, and no reports of any of this were given to me (having an accident, not eating, no water refilled) did he not eat the entire time? If it was as just one thing missed, I’d understand, but there were multiple. This was Thursday-Sunday, can you please refill my dogs with water bowl? The hose outside is very accessible and I gave that in my instructions, no need to even enter past the entryway. Not to mention, the last stop she did was a whopping 3 minutes. I told her she didn’t have to stay for the full 30 minutes, but this was careless. For someone owning her own dog and working on a pet sitter app, I find this not acceptable. That is why I am giving 2 stars. Very disappointing.

They are awesome!

Schedule
Sean and I work full time from home on most days so there is always someone in the house to make sure your dog is safe and gets all the exercise and potty breaks they need. That said, we aren’t the best fit for dogs that need constant attention, aren’t house trained, or don’t get along with other dogs since we won’t have eyes on them at all times.

We have a fully fenced yard, and our dog Baker will provide plenty of play time and exercise for high energy dogs. In the house, they have full access to the living room and kitchen and always have access to a water dish.

A typical day
We live in Shoreline! We have a big yard where the dogs will enjoy running around, and there are lots of green spaces we can take your dog to run around and play. I also love trail running and hiking, so on the weekends we can take your dog into the wilderness if that is something they enjoy.
