I’m currently pursuing a degree in Environmental Studies at the University of Washington, and I spend most of my time at home working on coursework and studying. My schedule is fairly flexible, which allows me to consistently incorporate pet care into my daily routine. I love getting outside for walks and hikes, and I enjoy bringing dogs along whenever possible. Whether it’s regular walks, playtime, or just keeping a pet company while I study, I’m happy to build my routine around their needs and make sure they get plenty of attention and care.

It’s also really helpful to know about their personality, behavior around other animals or people, and any triggers or anxieties they may have. The more I know, the better I can create a comfortable, safe, and stress-free experience for your pet.
A typical day
I’m currently studying Environmental Studies at the University of Washington and spend a lot of time at home working on coursework, so your pet will get plenty of attention throughout the day. I also work part-time at a café when I am not pet sitting. My days usually include walks +outdoor time & play, along with some downtime for relaxing and cuddling. I love getting outside (walks, parks, hikes if they’re up for it!) and always mix in games or enrichment to keep pets happy and engaged. I adjust everything to your pet’s energy level and routine so they feel comfortable, cared for, and right at home.

Committed to keeping pets happy, safe, and healthy while their owners are away, along with lots of updates and pictures!

Maya was extremely attentive to our dogs. She provided consistent updates, was communicative with us, and sent lots of photo updates through the day. We have a dog with a lot of medical issues and she was able to administer the drugs to her, no problem. We have another dog that has lots of separation anxiety and Maya was willing to stay with her for most of the day. We came back to a tidied up house. We appreciate Maya and we hope to be able to use her in the future.
Maya stayed at our home overnight for about a week with our two cats. We returned to relaxed cats that had been fed, loved on and played with. She sent regular photos that helped us feel connected. Our home including the kitchen and their space was also spotless which we didn't ask for but was Totally appreciated! We recommend using Maya to take care of your pets!
Maya is wonderful! She sent such great pictures and videos and it was so nice to know she and June bug were having such a great time
Maya is the BEST! She has watched our girls twice now and she treated them just like we do....spoiled! She sent such great updates and pictures to us and really made us worry about them less than we normally do. I almost hate to give this review LOL because I hope she is available the next time we need her! THANK you Maya
