I have found Merddyn to be a great cat sitter because she genuinely loves being around animals and has a calm, patient energy that helps my cats feel comfortable. She is gentle, observant, and good at respecting each of my 4 cat’s personality and boundaries. She is also reliable and responsible, so owners can trust that their pets are in good hands.
Among all our friends and family that have been a cat sitter for us, Merddyn is the one we trust the most. When we were gone to a family reunion, she would care for Daedalus. She'd come twice a day to give him canned food and treats, refresh his water in the sink since that's all he'll drink, scoop the poop, and spend a bit of time with him as he's a very social cat. She kept the doors locked, she didn't turn on extra lights or change the thermostat, and she didn't leave the house reeking of cigar smoke or perfume - unlike the other sitters we've had. She did everything right.
Merddyn is an extremely considerate and caring person. She LOVES kitties and knows how to take care of them. She has taken care of my cat off and on over the years, and I know my kitty is well taken care of while I'm away. She's very detail oriented and makes sure to do everything your fur baby needs, to the letter!
