About: Hi, I'm Leah, and as you might have guessed, I am a huge pet lover! I've been incredibly lucky to be surrounded by sweet furry friends my entire life - growing up with everything from dogs and cats to iguanas and birds - and I have adored every single one of them. As an adult, I raised an adorable corgi and currently share my home with two sweet black cats. I hold a very special place in my heart for senior pets and for those who need a little extra love & care. My beloved corgi, Bamboo, who has since crossed the rainbow bridge, had Degenerative Myelopathy (DM). Caring for him taught me so much about keeping pups cozy, happy, and comfortable. I truly miss him and miss having a dog in my life, so walking and looking after yours would bring me so much joy! I'm also a very proud cat mom to two precious black kitties who have taught me so much. My senior cat, Kanga, has Feline Idiopathic Cystitis (FIC), which has made me well-versed in creating peaceful, stress-free environments for our feline friends. My other kitty, Kiwi, has asthma, so I'm completely comfortable administering medications, including inhalers and oral treatments. Since I'm self-employed as an artist, my schedule is wonderfully flexible and I'd love to chat about how I can help. If you happen to be looking for a house-sitter, I would truly love to help you out. I'm available for quick stays of 2 to 4 days at a time. I look forward to hearing from you, and tell your furry friend I said hi, too 🖤 Since I work from home as an artist, my schedule is wonderfully flexible! I can easily adjust my time to fit whatever works best for you and your pet. If I stay at your home, I'll be there to keep your furry friend company throughout most of the day since my work travels with me. Please rest assured that I will deeply respect your space, follow all of your household rules, and keep everything safe and secure (like food that is toxic to pets). I love building a bond of trust with pets by letting them set the pace for interactions.
About: I have my own cats and taking care of a lot of dogs before including friends’ and neighbors’. Enjoy to stay my cats and dogs and they made my day. I also have experience in reptile. I work remote and I can stay with them all day. My day usually start at 10am and ends at 12-1am. My work is not long hours work. I have a fenced yard to let your dog play and I live close to the park. I can bring them to the park and let them have a outside break every 2-4 hours
“Dylan took great care of our house and kitties. He pilled our grouchy cat with no problems. Our grouchy cat actually snuggled with him! He's definitely the cat whisperer.”

“Helen is always a lifesaver and so accommodating with the schedule and last minute changes. She is wonderful with our girls and we are so lucky to be recipients of her care. Thank you again Helen!”

“Anna was amazing with our 10 week old golden retriever puppy! After our meet and greet I felt at ease knowing she would be checking in with our pup! She played lots with him and shared great photos! We will be asking to have her check in lots!”

“Nathan was extremely helpful watching my dog, taking him on walks, and spending time with him. Very trustworthy, very kind, follows directions well and keeps you informed which meant a lot to me. He was always punctual and very understanding of my concerns. I will definitely be booking him again!”

“Saint was great with Zoey when we needed a few drop-in visits while I had a busy work week and my partner was out of town. The pictures and frequent updates made us feel like we were there with them, and we know Zoey appreciated making a new friend to play fetch with. Saint communicated well with us throughout the entire process and made our first Rover experience a success. Will not hesitate to have him help take care of Zoey again.”

“Deyaneira was great with my dogs during the drop-in visit. Even my small, reactive, dog felt comfortable with Deyaneira right away. Both dogs enjoyed the visit and I hope to book with her again soon!”

“Venessa is an excellent pet sitter. She took wonderful care of our pet and kept us updated throughout. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable, caring, and trustworthy pet sitter.”

About: I have experience with pup's big and small! Whether it's walking my girlfriend's reactive 80lb Pitbull, or making sure my 10lb cat is spoiled rotten, I have a lifetime of experience taking care of animals! I'll make sure your pup is the star of the show during our time together, sniff walks, enrichment or a leisurely stroll for an elderly friend, it's all in my wheelhouse! I have summer off from school so my days are wide open so I can make your pup my number one priority! Once I am back to school in September I will still be able to make time for your pup between homework and classes as I'm a full-time student which gives plenty of free time (don't tell my professors!) I have experience with aggressive and reactive dogs, so I am observant and ready to be a step ahead of any kind of trouble! I treat your pet like my own so safety is always my number one priority at all times, whether we are walking and move to the other side of the street if an unknown dog is approaching, or on high alert for E-bikes zooming down the path, your pet is always safe with me!
“Kristine was wonderful. Followed directions beautifully. It’s was wonderful to come home to my little guy and see him doing so well. I hope to work with her again.”

“Lauren was great. My cat Westley is an escape artist. He is sneaky and fast, but Lauren was ahead of his mischievous plans. He doesn't purr for everyone, but he was happy to see her every visit and purred very loudly.”

“Samah took excellent care of our cats while we were away. Everyday we received photos of them and knew they were being well cared for. Her son even left the most adorable drawings of each cat that are now being proudly displayed on our fridge. You can rest assured that with Samah your pets will be loved as if they are her own.”

Cat parents share their Rover experiences - Woodway
This was our first time using Rover and Kyra made us feel very at ease and comfortable entrusting our cats in her care. She was professional and communicative and went above and beyond with a thorough update and some adorable photos. Would happily use her again!

Merdyyn was excellent! It was our first time having her cat sit for us, and she was very diligent. She clearly enjoys and understands cats, and she was patient, friendly, and playful with our Marvin. She sent us ample texts and photos so we could see how he was doing. She also kept an eye on the house, and carefully cleaned up and locked up after her last visit. We will be happy to have her cat sit the next time we're away, and we think Marvin will be too.
Chloe took wonderful care of our cats and kept us up to date with pictures of them playing and descriptions of them while we were away. She was easy to communicate with, prompt in responses, loving to the kitties and took great care of our space. Definitely would recommend her as a reliable and compassionate pet sitter.

I can’t recommend Abby highly enough! She took care of my cat in the past, and she was incredibly caring, responsible, and trustworthy and I felt completely at ease knowing he was in her care. My older cat was recently diagnosed with diabetes, and I was worried that I wouldn’t be able to travel again because of his medical needs. He requires medication, so leaving him behind was a huge source of anxiety for me. He is also very shy and tends to hide from people, so I was especially worried about how he would react to someone else caring for him. Abby was so patient and gentle with him, and he really made significant progress with her. She was able to gain his trust enough to handle him and give him his medication, which was a huge relief for me. Managing a diabetic cat takes extra care and attention and Abby handled everything so well. If anything seemed off with him, she immediately notified me, stayed calm, and worked through the situation and even offered to come check on him again later in the evening to make sure he was okay. Knowing she was so attentive and willing to go the extra mile gave me so much peace of mind and allowed me to actually enjoy my trip without constantly worrying. She also took wonderful care of my kitten and gave her much needed extra playtime and attention, which I really appreciated. My kitten loved Abby’s visits and it was so nice knowing both of my cats were getting the individual care and attention they needed. She sent me daily detailed and hilarious updates with pictures and videos, which I absolutely loved. The updates made me feel connected to my cats while I was away and gave me plenty of laughs along the way. Abby truly goes above and beyond, and it’s clear that she genuinely loves animals. I’m so grateful to have someone I can trust with my cats. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for a wonderful, compassionate pet sitter, and I will definitely be rebooking with her again.

Scott S. was a rockstar pet sitter and we will be booking with him again! We booked last minute and he was super quick to pick up our sitter request. We had him come twice a day to check on our cat and dog. Photo updates with each visit. Couldn't ask for anything better.
Tiffany was wonderful as a sitter, and we greatly appreciate her and her husband for taking care of Potluck. Tiffany gave us an update at each visit. By the second day of our trip, she and Potluck had become best friends. Tiffany is super communicative and great to work with. Would recommend!

Penny is absolutely incredible! From the moment we met, she made me feel completely comfortable leaving my cats in her care. She took detailed notes, ensured she took the time to meet each of my cats at their own pace, and sent lots of wonderful photos throughout the trip, which gave me such peace of mind. She truly goes above and beyond to make sure the cats are happy and comfortable. She is the best and I would recommend her to anyone! I will definitely be using her services again.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your cat, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Yes, you can find sitters who have experience with handling special pet needs in Woodway. On Rover:

You can also find pet sitters on Rover who accept only one pet at a time, which is ideal for anxious puppies, kittens, or senior pets who move at a gentler pace. Some sitters will also list availability for 24/7 care, also known as constant care, in their profiles.
Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
