About: Hi, our name is Irfan and Angela and we are excited to host your pet/s at our place. We have a 4-year-old mini Australian shepherd, Leo, who will bark at you the first few times he sees you but is super friendly towards dogs. We have been fortunate to have grown up with animals our whole lives and we look forward to meeting you and your pet. I work from home and I take regular breaks to stretch, drink coffee, and play fetch with Leo in the backyard. Leo is a high energy dog, and doing activities with him really tires him out. Indoors, we play tug, sometimes watch tv, and do simple training. Occasionally we will make dog treats, and those are Leo's favorite days :) I believe in creating a warm and welcoming environment where pets feel comfortable and secure. We have a big fenced backyard where pets can run around and interact in an open environment. Leo, being a mini-Aussie, loves to run laps there and loves to be chased by other dogs. Inside the house, I maintain a pet-friendly environment, ensuring access to fresh water, food, and a comfortable resting space for each pet.

“Jenna has walked my stubborn little Cavi several times now. She is very patient and attentive to his needs. Whenever she drops in she spends extra time making sure he’s comfortable, petting my cat and filling water dishes. “Clean home and followed the directions to a T for my cat. He had a skin rash so he required some ointment to be applied every day and she would send pictures of that task completed. He also would scratch new people so I feel kinda bad that the sitter had to deal with that but I brought the scratch post so my cat could scratch that too. lol. Good experience, stayed at the sitter's home for a couple days while I was at a wedding in Oregon.”

Kiki was immediately very comfortable with both dogs, I felt like she was in control and confident with them, which is important since they are both strong pullers on leash and at 40lbs+ each can be a lot to manage! While working with Hana at a doggy day care facility I saw her take care of several pets at the same time while still attending to each dog's individual needs like being clean, being fed, and getting exercise. I trust her with my own golden retriever and she's a great doggy caretaker!”

“I have known Steph as both a coworker in a busy veterinary emergency hospital and as my dogs' caretaker. I was always at ease when I saw her walk into work, knowing that no matter how difficult the patient load would be she would handle it with patience and the best sense of humor. She knew how to handle the stress of a critically ill patient, and managed the multiple directions she was pulled in gracefully. Steph has also taken care of my two dogs on many occasions. She sent me updates and pictures and funny stories while I was out of town and the pups were always happy to see her. My older dog is on many medications and Steph was always aware of what she needed (if she needed more pain meds on a certain day) and how comfortable my old gal was. I was also impressed she learned my unnecessarily complicated sprinkler system! She would have no issues medicating a nervous dog or grumpy cat. Steph can truly do it all.I could go on and on, but trust that your pets would be lucky to have Steph take care of them; you won't regret it!”
