You could tell right away that they are experienced and have a manner that dogs would be happy and comfortable with. Our dog doesn’t usually like other dogs other than our daughters’ dogs and Ollie was like a different dog! He was actually friendly with their dog. Kelly and Karen are true dog whisperers! We were beyond thrilled with their love of care our needy dog. They were the best and I would shout out to anyone to pick them! They had regular communication and pics for us. She sent us lots of photos and videos throughout his stay, and Rudi looked so happy, relaxed, and completely at home with them. It gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. By the end of his stay, it honestly felt like he had become part of their family! We came home to a very happy pup. I trust Charmaine with our pup - she’s kind and loving with the dogs, has a very large and secure backyard for them to play in, is very responsive, and is utterly responsible. Most of all, our dog has a blast at Charmaine‘s and is always excited when we arrive and he sees where we are. That says a lot!

Xiaoke took excellent care of Winston and was very dialed into his needs. We communicated via text a couple times during each day. She had a couple of obstacles to contend with (change the food as one was not delivered as expected) and handled it very well. Winston was playful, clean, and happy when he got home. I highly recommend Xiaoke for boarding.
