Not this time. I can tell that Stacey's calm, caring way and their large fenced yard was just right for Penny. About: I've cared for pets such as cats, small dogs, reptiles (e.g. lizards and turtles), fish, rabbits, and birds for family, friends, and clients. Several of those animals had special needs due to their age and/or health and required things like shots, oral medications and massage. People ask me to tend to their "animal kids" because I'm reliable, trustworthy, and knowledgeable. Heck, Animal Planet even featured me, back in 2010, on their TV show "Cats 101" on a segment about Devon Rex cats that paint! I'm a former volunteer for the Humane Society and a pet shelter, where I obtained my own 3 cats (now age 14) after foster parenting their mom and siblings. I'm also mom to a 1-year-old Cavalier King Charles dog that I groom and train myself. I'd love to take care of your pets to put your mind at ease while you're away. I'm fully vaccinated against COVID-19. Serving the vicinity of Kenmore and Bothell. I am happy to send you photos of your pet(s) during my visits. I talk to animals in a calm, soothing voice, which I find helps me build trust and connect with them, especially timid or nervous pets, in non-threatening way. While you’re away, I’ll send you photos and updates about your pet, their routines, and their environment so you can relax and enjoy your time away, knowing your pet is well cared for. I often send clients photos of their pets eating their food and treats, drinking, playing, and enjoying belly rubs and neck scratches. For cats, I also send photos before and after cleaning the litter box so you can see that I’m staying on top of their care and daily routines. DOG BOARDING: I have a fully fenced backyard in a quiet neighborhood next to a golf course near Lake Washington. It’s a particularly calm setting for dogs who are afraid of loud noises, such as fireworks. We also have a gated deck where dogs can safely relax and enjoy some sunshine. My own dog, a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, takes potty breaks about every two hours, so I’m happy to provide frequent potty breaks for your dog, too. At night, your dog(s) will sleep in a quiet spot inside their crate, which you provide along with any bedding so they are in a cosy space with familiar scents for their comfort. If your senior dog has trouble walking on hard floors: Our adjoined living and dining rooms (and access to deck and backyard) are carpeted, whereas our kitchen and front entryway (and access to food and neighborhood walks) are tiled or hardwood. Thus, we can assist your dog when they need to walk on the hard floors.

Highly recommend! Maxine was very friendly with our cat and her space is really well suited for a cat as well with big windows and a dedicated room for the cat. She also sent updates, pics and videos everyday which kept us well informed throughout. Our cat had a wonderful time with Maxine.

My dog was really happy to see Nancy again! She settled in comfortably before long at all, and seemed to really have a blast playing with her friend Johnny. He is the sweetest and a good host to other dogs! Nancy is great to work with, including going out of her way to be helpful with scheduling, and I can tell my dog is well cared-for with her.
Christine was a lifesaver! Our original sitter cancelled the day before we needed care, and Christine stepped in last minute to watch our dog Milo for a full week. Since it was a last minute booking, we didn't even get to do a meet and greet beforehand, so I was pretty anxious about leaving him for that long with someone new. Christine was incredibly communicative and sent daily updates that put me at ease right away. Milo can be picky around other dogs (he likes his space) and gets attached to people easily, but the videos she sent showed him totally comfortable with the other pups and clearly getting all the cuddles and attention he craves. Her home is spotless and well set up, and the backyard/deck space for the dogs is amazing. We'll absolutely be booking with Christine again. Highly recommend if you need someone reliable and trustworthy, even on short notice!
