“Jeehyun is such a caring and loving dog sitter! Gwennie stayed at her place for one week and she had a great time there. Because Gwennie is almost blind, I was a little bit worried at beginning whether she would be able to adapt the new environment well. I was amazed that Gwennie did not show any signs of anxiety. She eats well, sleeps well and plays well with Mimi (Jeehyun's little dog). Jeehyun's two daughters Hana and Yoona are wonderful sitter assistants! They did a great job help taking care of Gwennie, training her and playing with her. We will definitely let Gwennie come back for another vacation in the future! Also, Jeehyun is a great communicator. She gave me update everyday about Gwen's activities. Christine was a lifesaver! Our original sitter cancelled the day before we needed care, and Christine stepped in last minute to watch our dog Milo for a full week. Since it was a last minute booking, we didn't even get to do a meet and greet beforehand, so I was pretty anxious about leaving him for that long with someone new. Christine was incredibly communicative and sent daily updates that put me at ease right away. Milo can be picky around other dogs (he likes his space) and gets attached to people easily, but the videos she sent showed him totally comfortable with the other pups and clearly getting all the cuddles and attention he craves. Her home is spotless and well set up, and the backyard/deck space for the dogs is amazing. We'll absolutely be booking with Christine again. Highly recommend if you need someone reliable and trustworthy, even on short notice!

I was quite nervous to leave Scout with a sitter, especially as this was the longest period I've gone without her in all of her 11 years. I couldn't sleep for weeks! But Prescilla eased all my worries immediately. She sent me regular updates, photos, and videos of Scout's daily life in their household and I could tell that after a few days she was already settled in. I've already rebooked with Prescilla and I know that I won't be nearly as anxious next time, knowing that Scout is in good hands.
