During colder seasons, I prepare lukewarm water for extra comfort. 🥣 Water and food bowls are cleaned after every meal using baby dish soap, a distilled vinegar, or baking soda. ✨ Floors and surfaces are cleaned regularly, and I use a chemical-free steam cleaner along with carefully selected, low-toxin products like Attitude and Better Life to create a safe and hygienic environment for dogs. We feel at ease knowing that Otus is in a very loving, attentive, and understanding household while we're away. Otus is dog/leash reactive, which can be difficult to handle but they understood exactly what he needed and followed the same protocol we do for walks. Jess sent so many pictures of him, that we felt like we knew exactly what he was up to all day! We know Otus is at home there and can't wait to come back!”
