Our neighborhood has several pedestrian pathways with trees and bushes for your pet's bathroom breaks. For longer walks, we will be going to parks and trail nearby. Your furry pal will have access to our living room, dining area, kitchen, and our patio. We will only board one dog at a time, so your pet will not be fighting for toys/food/attention with other furry pals

Information Michelle L. would like to know about your pet
Please do read through the description in detail since our house is not suited for all dogs. We ask to meet at a park nearby to see if your furry pal's personality and ours could be a match. Would love to know your dog's trigger and/or pet peeves.
A typical day
We typically take our rover dogs out for a quick potty break in the morning, followed by a 20-30m walk during noon. Then another 20m walk in the afternoon, and one potty breakin the evening. I love taking dogs for strolls and explore the community. We will go for walks at nearby trails

Pet care experience
***We have relocated to Bothell*** CHILDREN-FRIENDLY DOG We have a toddler (2~3yo) and hence no plan to get a new dog until a few years down the line (which means your dog will be the ONLY dog in our house - vip treatment!) Our toddler loves dog, and has learned gentle petting, but that being said, we are looking for mild-mannered and toddler experienced dogs who are patient with young children. NO LOUD/OVERLY VOCAL/AGGRESSIVE DOGS We are very accustomed to hosting dogs who aren’t fans of dogs, and take precaution to avoid dog-crowded areas. However, we aren’t able to avoid them completely as we do run into neighbors who have dogs. As such, we do not take on dogs who exhibit overt aggression, or bark loudly towards environment triggers (pedestrians, neighbor dogs passing by) since we work from home and our toddlers sleep early. NOT SUITED FOR DOGS WITH SEPARATION ANXIETY/REQUIRE CONSTANT ATTENTION We love giving your dog all the belly rubs and snuggles during the day, but we do not co-sleep with pets in the same space. CRATE AND POTTY TRAINED We are mostly home during weekdays, but we do leave the house for 2-4 hours during the weekend. For your dog’s safety, we prefer to leave them in their crate if our destinations don’t allow for dogs. Where possible, we try to let your furry pal come for the ride and join us on our outings. LOW/MEDIUM ENERGY DOGS We do not have a yard, and our space is best suited for dogs under 30lbs (or at most a low energy 40lbs). We can provide 1-1.5 hour of walks per day (divided 3-4 potty breaks). If your dog needs rough play or more exercise than mentioned, we may not be the best fit.
Reviews

Bentley loves Michelle and her family! He always gets very excited when seeing them. By far, Bentley’s favorite stay. He never comes back stressed out, and is always very happy.

Michelle and her family took good care of Shadow while I was traveling. She sent pictures every day and he seemed like he was settling in well ❤️

Shadow seemed really content with Michelle! She sent pics during day care and when I came to pick him up he was fed and happy. Would definitely book again!

Bentley seemed very happy and they took good care of him! Will be rebooking again!
