We honestly cannot thank Serena annd Peter enough for the incredible love and care they gave our precious Remy while we were away. She unfortunately got sick right before we left on a 2 week vacation and we almost had to cancel! But Serena went above and beyond to reassure us she was in good hands. From taking her to vet follow-up appointments to making sure she took her medications and carefully monitoring her recovery, she cared for our baby with so much patience, compassion, and dedication. Serena kept us constantly updated and reassured us every step of the way until we knew Remy was feeling like herself again. Thanks to Serena and Peter we were able to fully enjoy our vacation with the peace of mind knowing our baby was safe, loved, and receiving the very best care. Thank you guys so much! Kyle was very friendly and conscientious about caring for our cat. He checked in regularly, sent photos, asked questions and was overall very kind and easy to work with. Our cat was very happy when she returned home after staying with Kyle. We would use him again for sure.

We had a last minute college tour trip back east come together and Joyce was able to easily accommodate our plans. A huge thank-you to Xuemei and her family! A family matter came up and we had to extend Tiger's stay at the last minute. Xuemei was incredibly flexible and happily cared for him a few extra days. His routine stayed just as consistent the whole time. She paid close attention to how well he slept. She set up the crate where Tiger could still see everyone, so he felt secure and slept soundly. That means a lot to us. Tiger is a real velcro dog and he follows the people all around. Xuemei and her family showed him endless patience and affection to Tiger. We're so grateful for the care they gave him, and we wouldn't trust anyone else with him.
Ralina went absolutely above and beyond for Zuzu and treated him like he was her very own! Zuzu is an incredibly social, sweet cat who didn’t hide and spent so much time keeping her company. She truly fell in love with him, and knowing he was in such a loving, attentive home, gave me complete peace of mind. I cannot recommend her highly enough

This was Rue’s second overnight stay with Sandra and when we arrived on Friday evening for drop-off, Rue dragged me to the door in excitement to see her! It is such a relief to know Rue is happy and in safe hands with Sandra and we got lots of great photos + updates of her over the weekend too.
